If I could give it less than one star I would gladly do so. Sofia helped me and she was not very pleasant. I felt cheated, he gave me a sheet to enter those who live with me and he decided to enter my brother and then he excluded him and told me that if I wanted I would have to pay for him, obviously I won't do it because he doesn't have to drive. my car, but I didn't like their way of excluding. Furthermore, the man who took me with them just to accompany me was also excluded. I always asked him if the data was confidential and he told me yes and in reality it is not true. Now they used my information to exclude. The way he treated me was not good and to make matters worse I realized that if I didn't like it I could cancel. They don't respect the customer, they don't value us. They only think about them. The girl didn't like my complaint and I saw how her face turned red and her hands trembled. The worst thing is, the old woman who gave us very bad customer service, there was a paper that said, write down everyone who lives in your house, and she told my mother to write down there those who did not live in her house and if not I wrote them down, I couldn't open my policy with them. Fred Loya is the worst overall. They are just there for the money but when you have an accident they never help. I went into this office for the same reason because I was tired of them and just wanted to cancel. The Customer Service was the worse! Two ladies that try helping me, had no clue what to do because they called their manager about 10 times, every time she called was to ask me for another thing different than the first time. The manager didn’t want to talk to me on the phone, but called my husband to tell him I couldn’t cancel our policy after all the trouble she made me go through. At the end nothing was resolved, I wasted an hour of my time and had a horrible experience. Please do your self a favor DONOT get Fred Loya is the worse.

Lmao I was a customer of Fred loyal insurance for almost a year. One of the worst insurance companies I've ever had. Their customer service sucks really bad. If you rent a car they don't even cover the car You're renting the only cover the car if you hit someone that shits funny I'm so glad I no longer have them. I went in to pay my insurance and was declined service cause I had an accident that they already knew about and said until it's taken care of they're done with me. Wtf. Lmao. I have triple AAA NOW AND IM COVER EVEN IF I DO UBER LYDT OR DELIVERIES. Fred loya never again will I ever use you. I hope people in that Fred loya don't care about their customers. Thanks triple A.
