0 stars… Terrible service they have had my car since October it took almost 4 months to get my car back and on top of that there charging me $3,700 to get my car back for the parts when my insurance already had gave them a check from the beginning. I will try my best to sue them. Never but never bring your cars here never never.

my wife had an accident and the front of her car needed some work. nothing big but the hood was bent a bit from rear ending the car in front of her. Royal collision had her car for about two months. two months. we received no phone calls about when we might expect to pick it up. it went long enough where I felt I needed to call because I suspected that they were not treating her fairly by not providing any kind of time frame. I had to keep calling for two weeks until they finally said that the part they were waiting for was coming in but still provided no date. I called again a few days later and they said that the car was ready and needed to be detailed. they asked if we could pick up the car the day of. we live an hour and 30 min away so we would have needed more notice to take off work to come pick up the car. this place takes too much time and will probably take much longer if you don't bug them. plus I suspect that they didn't take my wife seriously as a woman and didn't bother to help keep her notified during the process. don't recommend

Do not bring your car here unless you plan on losing more money or time than what you were supposed to spend. My mom brought her car here to get her bumper repaired and they had the car for 3 and a half months , mind you all parts and repair services were already paid for by insurance and they still took 3 months. Now my car had an accident and due to my insurance I had to go to the same place with less damage to my car I thought it would be a faster process. Their customer service has no uniformity on their team. They also were very unprofessional and started to argue with me over the phone. The lady from accounting had to give me an anccurate update for it to make sense. The customer service tells you and your insurance company different information. When I told them I will be moving my vehicle they goaded me by saying “I would have to still pay for the service anyways even if they didn’t finish or start before they would release my car”. I will never recommend this business for service to anyone unless you are absolutely desperate.Services: Transmission

This business did not finish the job they only fixed 90% of the damages. N also stole my handicap placard I’m disabled and had to pay for another handicap placard…. The guys in the body shop looked like they were up to something

WOW! I had the best experience! The front desk lady was very knowledgeable on the whole process. She mentioned that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to pick up my car. The whole left side was crashed/scratched. I dropped it off on 10/03 and picked it up 10/20! My car looked brand new, not only that but it smelled like it as well. They had it cleaned up. I only wish I had cash to tip the guy that released the car to me.

I took my car in for an estimate (Fontana location), they said that my car was totaled so they couldn’t do the work on my car. So instead of them returning the check that the insurance company gave them for repairs , they cashed it. Then when I called Jose the general manager about my check he got upset with me and he was really rude and aggressive. Now I’m getting the run around about getting my money back for the check that they illegally cashed. I would never recommend this shop to anyone they are crooks! And very rude. The receptionists are nice but management is super rude.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR. THEY ARE TOTALLY IN BED WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES TO SCREW YOU. THEY HAD MY CAR 2 WEEKS NOTHING WAS DONE INSURANCE DENIED THE CLAIM . THIS SHOP DID NOTHING TO ADVOCATE FOR THE CUSTOMER

I've had a terrible experience here the staff is unhelpful an every way possible no wonder the ratings are low I've called to ask for an update on my car they put me on hold for 10 and hung up adding to the stress if I could put 0 stars I would DO NOT bring your car here terrible staff

Took nearly 6 weeks to replace side paneling from a side swipe, no frame damage. When I would call for updates the receptionist would tell me it's not done yet unfortunately, try back next week. After 4 weeks of this I finally went in person to see my car. Nothing had been done to my car in the 4 weeks that it had been at the shop besides a tear down of the interior (best guess they tear down the inside paneling and all so you can't just show up and take your car back without being charged for it). When I asked hows nothing been done for 4 weeks and when can I expect my car to be finished, the production manager apologized informing me they had just taken over the position and they've had a lot of turnover lately, he assured me he would give me a call back with an update. Not trusting this routine again I asked who the owner was and how to get in touch. It wasn't until I called the owner that he looked into that matter for me. After verifying my vehicle and damage he said himself "this isn't a big job it shouldn't be taking this long, let me find out what's happening." Finally a day later the manager calls me and informs me repairs and paint would be done at the end of the week. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but read past reviews and you'll see this is a pattern. They have poor communication and don't follow up. This would not be my first choice for an auto body shop but if you have to, be sure to get an estimated date of completion before dropping off your car and call for specific updates (the receptionist is good at looking up your info on the computer and letting you know "the parts have been ordered but still haven't arrived, maybe next week"). Stop by weekly and see your car in person to see if they are actually prioritizing and working on your car or giving you the run around.

talk about so much bad luck that time.back in 2019 well anyways a loser of a person who had an old really beat up little truck stopped and braked in front of me on a green light 'on purpose so he can file a FALSE claim . you can tell by the looks of his old beat up truck and his attitude that he is a fraud and does this for a living. unfortunately if you hit in back the law is on the vehicle in front MY car was a 2016 nissan altima I bought brand new . sorry had to explain why i went to royal collision . So i took them my altima so they could fix the front passenger fender that had a little dent . They told me my car would be ready in 2 weeks, come 2 weeks I went to pick it up and was shocked when they said that a week ago Infinity had sent another adjuster and that he had decided to total loss my car and had it towed to their facility they sold my car from under me all this happened without my knowledge and consent. total bull !! The adjuster and claim rep at Infinity ignored my calls for over a month and also Royal collision lied and committed insurance fraud along with Infinity. Finally after a month and half I sent the insurance claim rep an email saying that if he didn't respond I would call a lawyer then he answered my call . He said he didn't answer because he thought I had gotten a lawyer and he could not speak with me . I had to find out what the heck was going on . I regret not filing a lawsuit,against Royal Collision and Infinity they still had me pay a deductible and I also had separate GAP insurance so now I had no car and no reimbursement. just nervous breakdown they are horrible people i mean all the bad reviews speak for themselves save yourself the agony! the headaches! your sanity they are crooks!

NOT RECOMMEND TAKES OVER TWO MONTHS TO START WORKING ON YOUR CAR. MY CAR WAS THERE 2 MONTHS AND THE THE FENDER AS DISCONECTED, LEFT IT AGAIN FOR THE WEEKEND AND THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENDER WAS NOT ALIGNED. THEY TOLD ME IS FOR WHAT INSURANCE GET PAY FOR. NEXT DAY DROVE THE CAR AND THE PART FALL OFF. NOW IM WAITING ON THEM TO BUY THE CAR AND FIX IT.
