I bought an idler pulley from the website. I picked it up at Fontana Nissan. I went home and was about to start the work when I noticed the part was incorrect. Went back to Fontana Nissan and they confirmed I order the correct part but was shipped wrong. Now I have to wait until next weekend to perform the work and waste another day. Thanks to your incompetence warehouse. Now I have to waste another day to pick up the part and I hoping its the right one. Horrible transaction and now I just bought another part I need I really hope you guys dont waste more of my time.

Went to get my Nissan car serviced and was told that fluid was leaking from the transmission and would cost over $400. This was strange because my Nissan car is less than 5 years old and has less than 20,000 miles. I was told that the warranty had expired by Lauren, a representative of Nissan Fontana. I looked up the warranty at Nissan's website and it clearly stated that powertrain issues are covered by warranty if the Nissan car is less than 5 years old and has less than 60k miles. Lauren called me back hours later on the same day and said that in fact the transmission repair was covered after I told her that warranty was still active. So I had to go back to Nissan Fontana another day to get the transmission fixed. The public has some level of trust when dealing with representatives of Nissan Fontana but this incident makes me second guess what they say and recommend. What if I had paid to get my Nissan's transmission fixed even though the warranty was still active?Has this happened to other Nissan Fontana customers?

They don't deserve a star they deserve no stars. Nissan just took my money and didn't do a proper diagnostic on my car. First of all they didn't check the fuse box witch I check and I knew about a few missing fuses, they didn't mentioned anything about that. Second they didn't even check under the car for oil spills, the car was licking transmission oil because I forgot to put a new gasket on the drain plug, it's been dripping oil for 5 days already, they didn't mention anything about a spill. Third I attempted to do transmission fluid service on the car, but fail to put the oil on the proper level because I don't have their fancy computer to check the proper temperature level on my car knowing that the car is still dripping oil from drain plug that means if they will of check transmission level they will of had to replace the 38 cent drain gasket on the plug, that means they never took the drain plug to check my oil level, they never mentioned about dirty or contaminated transmission fluid. That gives me the conclusion they never check my spark plugs, breaks, windshield wipers, ect. I work hard for my money. Basically they just told me what AutoZone did for free, P0965 code I won't be surprised if they found the free diagnostic paper from AutoZone and when off that. Fourth I have a light on for my tired pressure they never even said anything about that. That's fine I just want my car fix, guess what they don't fix transmission they just said throw in the trash and put in a new one for over $6,000. I paid the 195$ just for them to tell me they don't work on transmission they knew from the gecko I had a P0965 code I told them myself they could of said their and then we don't work transmission take it somewhere else.
