Juan at the Fontana location is Amazing ! I had originally went to the Santa Ana location and ended up at the Fontana location instead and I’m glad I did. Super helpful with warranties and car extras and talks about personal experience with vehicles if he has it. Very personable
This is an update from my previous review. I in fact was sold a DEFAULT car. I have had the car for 8 month and the window on the driver seat is COMPLETELY BROKEN. I tried to call and get this covered under the warranty they PUSHED me into and lo and behold it’s not. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SELL LEMONS.

Where to begin , was in the market for a GT mustang and after getting quoted ridiculous numbers from other dealerships , Fontana Motors Direct is Strictly business from these gentlemen especially the young and striving salesman Guillermo ! ZACH IS THE REASON FOR THESE STARS FOR THE GET GO HE WAS HELPFUL , he was very knowledgeable, he worked with us and gave us the best experience. As far as the dealership part there was room for communication as far as the process from outside finance , but in the end they made it happened and I appreciated it .
