I called to set an appointment/receive a quote and the man who answered hung up on me after stating that I shouldn’t receive quotes on the phone. I called back thinking that the call was disconnected and he hung up again when I answered.

This guy is great and has aligned many cars for me the past 8 years. The only reason I would say others experienced "rudeness" is due to language barrier. 10 stars for Fontana alignment.

Tried getting brakes done here. Called for a quote but the guy was rude and hung up and on me as soon as I said I had my own brakes. Called again then hung up on me again. Not a place I’d recommended doing business with.

Called to ask a question and the Person that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful, I simply asked a pricing question regarding the brakes and he hung up on me. never doing business with such a poor customer service shop NEVER GO HERE, You'll find a better Mom and Pop shop that provides a top tier customer service and auto service
