Beware false promises!!! On the recommendation from a friend and in hopes of being treated with dignity and respect that any customer of a business deserves, I requested a quote to have some paint work done on my RV. I was somewhat surprised that after sending an email with photographs, I received a reply a from Matt a few days later, saying that he would provide a quote the following week. When that didn't happen, I respectfully reminded him of the outstanding quote. The reply came that he would do it next week. It has now been over three weeks and... crickets. Spare yourself the aggravation. This company is very poorly represented (I wonder if his boss knows) and does not deserve the favor of your business.

In June of this year, I had Fleet Refinishing do some minor repair and paint work on my motorhome. There was some issue with sourcing parts (which has become common) that I was not made aware of and caused me to have to cancel and reschedule appointments. Do to this I had to return at a later date to have the work completed. After they finished all of their work there was a decal that they had not been received that was needed to completely finish the job. I paid for the decal, and we agreed to have it installed when it came in. After waiting 6 weeks and no idea when or if they would receive the decal, I asked to have the order the canceled and to refund the money I paid for the decal. I was told that they would send me a check. It has now been 2 months and I haven't received a dime. I have called to inquire as to what the delay is and to date, I've not gotten an answer. I was very pleased with their work, but their credibility has a lot to be desired. After spending $14,000.00 I don't understand why they would have a problem refunding me $204.00 for something I never received.

Had my trailer for almost six months. Never even gave me a price till it was finished. Wouldn't return phone calls. My trailer got struck while on their lot. When I brought it to their attention. I was told they didn't do it. And pretty much called me a lier.

Had my moving van graffitied in the middle of the night. Stopped in here as a first time customer. I wanted to get the damage off before the sun hit it. They put me in immediately when they opened and had me looking good as new in 2 hrs.
