Excellent place, very friendly treatment when we visited Tulum. My wife loves visiting Violeta. She is very good at what she does and Carolina, my wife, always leaves very happy. If they go to Tulum. Visit Violeta highly recommended!!

The woman who "helped" me mumbled her way through telling me false information. After asking her to repeat herself several times I figured out I'd need to go to there Francis location who couldn't help me either.

Unhappy staff, made simple shipping difficult I even told her I would pay for labels not for fed ex and she reminded me three times how much they are when I already told her I know and was fine with it. I emailed my labels she said they were links. I resent them right away and told the same associate, she looked at me and said one minute. 5 minutes go by I asked if someone can help me, they asked eachother where the associate that was helping me was and they said she went on her break!!!!! So instead of telling me she was going on break or co worker to help me, she made me wait!!!!! So unprofessional!! I've never experienced anything likethat before. 6 staff members and 2 customers in this store when this happened. I went to the store on 4th street and I was helped right away. Don't bother coming to this location

I don't do a ton of business with FedEx but recently I've done both printing and shipping. Both visits I was greeted the moment I walked in by Amal then ultimately helped by her both times. She is not only very professional, but also very helpful and kind. She went above and beyond both times to make sure my visit was both streamlined and perfect. I'll be back to this specific location for Amal's customer service alone!

I need to inform the public and hopefully management thru this means because in the office everyone covers each others back instead of trying to provide better service and go on and beyond with the public that pays their wages. I came in for copying services however they did not have the cutter available because they were using it in the back. You would think that a company as big and professional as this would have one in the back for their use instead of taking it away from the walk-in customers. The lady seemed to not worry one bit to inform me that they were using it and it wasn't available! REALLY- your telling a customer that . The customer should be first. Where is the customer service !! Please Fed-Ex buy another cutter for your other services provided behind the counter and have one available for your other customers that are loyal as well. But most importantly train your employees better customer service and professionalism. If your going to hire millennial's train them to be personable, polite, nice and gracious.

Amen to Amy 7 months ago. Same situation. Same service. I won't come back. Very strange there's a guy in Fedex shirt wandering like demented one despite I greeted to start a conversation and he kept wandering. I needed to stop the other staff who was about to take a bathroom break but at least that one was at least there in store for work.

Worst service ever!! I had never had an issue getting in & out promptly from FedEx locations but I don't get why this location hires people that don't know how to do their job. Then they have a supervisor on site but doesn't have the ability to override a refund, I had to wait for them to call a manager to help walk them through it. Don't waste your time if you're trying to get in & out of there promptly.

A chain providing office as well as packaging supplies, plus a variety of services such as shipping and printing. Ring binders, pocket folders, presentation folders, resume paper, photo paper, letterhead, invitations, thank-you notes, and a variety of notebooks, diaries and journals are also available here. This FedEx Office in Rancho Cucamonga is close to our house. We came here a couple of days ago to scan documents and it was low-priced. At that time, we also bought a notebook and a journal for a reasonable price. The inside of this place was clean and well-organized. Their overall service was also appreciable.

Very confusing walking into this store. No hello from anyone working there, but lots of signs about printing. I had no idea where exactly to drop off my prepaid package. I found a desk in the middle of the store, while I waited in line, I saw a kiosk that offered to do it yourself. It said if you had a label to scan it and drop it in the box. So I scanned the label, and it told me the barcode was no good to see a customer service rep. I got back in line. Suddenly the printer goes off and prints something, so of course I grab it. I walk up to the desk tell the employee what happened. She said you got the receipt right? I respond I think. Are said are the last 4 digits wxyz? I say yes. She says well then your done. I'm okay, we'll why did it tell he the barcode wasn't legit? But whatever. I'd rather stick to UPS for any returns, they are much more helpful & friendly.

I come all the time to print my usps shipping labels I get it it's fedex but they offer the printing. I went to ask if I could BUY some of the see through shipping label stickers for the package instead of using the small take that is offered for paying customers which I was. So I did one with tape then I went up to ask because it was taking to long. The small desk in the middle the worker was helping me and about to hand me the slips and here comes another female worker tell her. Oh no my packages are too small for the slip and it's usps I can't use the tape and have to buy it else wear because my labels are usps. I was shocked because I wasn't even talking to her. She came up to drink her coffee and tell the other worker that I can't use those slips. She was so rude and I felt embarrassed so I left this is so rude and makes me uncomfortable for my next visit. I paid for my copy's and has a right to use the tape or even ask to use there shipping tape. I was shocked I don't know if she didn't see my at the printers or what but I was shocked

There are a number of FedEx locations in my area. It doesn't matter which one I go to the employees are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I never have a problem with parking.

Sydney was amazing!!! I went in to ship 5 boxes using another Fedex account which I have not done before. I was not able to do it online and Sydney helped me through the whole process. I assumed that I would have to fill out forms but Sydney took care of me and I didnt fill out any paperwork :) The process was tedious on her end since she had to weigh and measure the boxes. Then type the address information into the system to generate all 5 shipping labels. During the 20 mins, she was professional, sincere and very helpful. Her upbeat positive energy was refreshing. As long as Sydney is working here, I'm only going to this Fedex Office location. Fedex Coporate - if you are reading this, Sydney is an asset to the team and lucky to have her on the team.

Stay away from Prudence. Horrible customer service . Made me use their own device to tape a package the vendor while watching.
