What a great staff at Carmen Rodriguez’s office! As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the 2 employees at the front, Dylan and Ericka. I sat down with dylan before i met with Carmen and he made sure i was taken care of. He answered most of my questions before Carmen helped me. Carmen was so easy to talk to and work with and answered all of my questions and showed me in detail the plan for each of my insurance policies. As a new landlord and renting out my first house, i had a couple questions about that and Claudio was quick to help. He took me over to his side of the office and talked me through the process of renting a home. He gave me great advice and took away a lot of the stress i have been experiencing through this new process. Overall it was a great experience. I was recommended to come to this specific location through a family friend and even though it was out of the way, it was definitely worth it. I would recommend anyone looking for life insurance or any insurance to visit Carmen and Claudio!

Very good service from Erika, she is very professional, she helped me with everything regarding insurance for my car, but the owner, Mrs. Rodríguez, leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to doing the taxes. I asked her to help me review my taxes because where are they? Now I don't like how they did it because they didn't explain it to me well, but Mrs. Rodríguez said yes the first time and then she reluctantly told me that I don't recommend that you not go here because of the taxes.
