“The appointment wait time is usually 5-10 minutes max. The nurses and ladies receptionists are friendly and polite. There is always parking space available. The doctor helps with weight loss with different options. Dr Yaqub is friendly and easy going. He takes his time to listen to his patients.”

“Not feeling well and came here had a good experience with the Provider Alfonso. However prior to him entering the room as I was waiting... I had stepped out of the room and asked the person I saw which happened to be the Provider Nancy if someone could please bring me water as my mouth was very dry. She told me the water was in the lobby and I can go get it myself. Instead of delegating a nurse to bring me some as I was in the room waiting to be seen. Very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even look at me as she spoke. I don't understand how she got this far as a Provider without proper beside manner training as well as communication skills with patients.”
