This is the worst run place I ever been. CRV is 5 cents a bottle. They had Pepsi on sale 4 for $13 for the 6 pack 16 oz drinks. When I got the the register they tried to charge me $21 telling me the CRV can out to that much from $13 plus tax. For 24 16oz bottles CRV ONLY $1.20!!!!!!! Keep in mind I come get these deals anll the time from here so I know around how much I should be paying. I left and went to get something from the gas station even though it cost double I rather spend where it is appreciated. Other times they leave discounts up past the due date and refuse to honor them. Not our fault yall are slacking. Just l

The cashier here was rude. I'll never go to this one again. I like Family Dollar But the one. off Sierra. I spent a $100 and she was ruder than hell made me go back in line because my Card.didn't work once , All I had.
To do was double tap it. had the money on there and I had to wait 15 minutes the first time and then I had to wait again She made me go to the back of the line and then she Plunge my purchases at me. I'm really not a complainer but she really doesn't need to be working at a store

The manager working the night shift needs to learn to not be disrespectful to their coworkers and customers, if the debit machines don’t work and your aware of the issue then do your job and call who you need to call to get it fixed and not blame the cashier for it not working!

Please let "KoKo" one of your managers know that she can't just make up return policies because she didn't want to hurt her stores sales for the day. I was told that I could not return an item because it was too close to the store doing inventory and they couldn't take the items back from another store. I have never heard of that. If I purchased an item in Alaska and I am by a Family Dollar in California you mean to tell me I have to book a trip to Alaska to return an item? It's unfortunate that she had to tell a boldfaced lie just so she didn't have to return an item. Thank you Isaiah and the other gentlemen ( dark skinned with long locs) for their help because Ms.KoKo needs some help in the customer service department. Next time make sure "your return policy" matches what is on the receipt, what corporate says, and what other store managers say is the return policy.

I personally have not been to this location, the reason for that is when I’m trying to get there, they usually close at 9 PM to 9:15 PM or they’re taking a 45 minute break and shut the doors around 730 or eight. It says they close at 10 PM on Google and on the door. hopefully the owner gets this so he can courage his employees to respect the business hours. and not lose customers.

I liked shopping there because there is everything but the employees are rude I paid for my things with a card the transaction passed and because the machine did not give a receipt the girl passed the things again but before passing the card again I looked in my bank application If the charge was made, I told the girl I'm not going to spend it, see if she charged everything... and she said no... she didn't let me take my things nor did she want to return my money. She treated me very rudely...???

WRONGlY ACCUSED!I checked out the store today with my siblings and the ladies working the store accused my sibling of “stealing an ice cream cone” I felt bad since he would never do something like that especially for something as petty as a treat that’s worth probably $3 dollars. I would hope that next time they confront someone they think may be stealing that they have concrete evidence before they point fingers. VERY RUDE. DISAPPOINTED AND JUDGED.
