I've called multiple times to make a redelivery appointment. Extremely hard to reach someone for appointment. Always no answer when I called early in the morning. After multiple calls, finally someone picked up the phone during noon time, but always been told the appointment clerk either in meeting or lunch break (I called the appointment line).

Several of these drivers like to come down the street and lay on the highway horn and think it’s funny….it’s all fun and games til they get hurt over it. The police and fire department will be responding

Product, arrived with a damaged pallet, but all contents intact and unbroken. They, were respectful in expediting my load for my availability. All in all I'm thankful for their service and the delivery driver.

Yelp needs to add a half star for companies like this. If a driver cannot use a map, or go by physical address, you are out of luck on your delivery. When you make a call to them is when you find out the driver is directionally challenged and cannot find an address. Very common for a load to sit at your local terminal for a week or more. The big kicker is customer service is just as lost and starts off rude and impatient. Might have been because I called at 8am (maybe close to a break?).IF YOU HAVE TIME SENSITIVE LOADS or an emergency, use someone else.
