Yasmin provided the best and most respectful customer service to me twice. I'm grateful to be able to say a good thing about a provider's employee, as it's so easy for them to be irritable in dealing with customers' needs each day. I came back to the store today and had the same experience with Yasmin-- hope she gets a promotion, because she definitely is part of why I'd choose to stay with Metro PCS after the frustration of going to two Metro stores in two other cities today which were both closed. “This location has always been good to me and last night they showed that there are good people still out there. I made a purchase last night with my debit card and didn’t think anything of it. More than 5 hours later (granted past midnight) I realized I couldn’t find my debit card. I called the location and they verified that they had found a debit card on the floor. I must have dropped it without me even noticing. I went down, showed my ID and they gladly handed me my card. I left a tip as a thank you and the cashier insisted not to leave one! But I still left it anyways, because they could have easily hid/used it on their own and held onto it for me. Very thankful that they did this for me! Would 100% recommend this location to anyone !”
