Tried ordering a cake and the lady that takes orders is only there in the Morning , very inconvenient for those of us that have a day job .

The best store was Corona,But I recently visited Fontana its less crowded their packaged area is super organized, Clean,with a large variety of meat,therefore now I think Fontana store is Much better.

Prices are not bad, particularly don't like this location because gives me the feeling of being in a dirty place, doesn't smell good. I can be wrong, maybe its only me that feels that way. But I rather go to other locations.

This location needs to get Mobility Scooter for Handicap customers. I have come to this location no mobility scooter had to leave cause not physically able to walk this store. Hopefully the supervisor can take care of this for us customers unable to physically walk this store.

I wish I could give them a negative -1mil. I don't know where to start. I was in the store last night around 10:30pm. 06/03/23...Saturday. I was confronted by Maria P, the cashier and Evelin the manager. I wasn't standing there but the security officer approached my daughter to tell her they were closing in 10 minutes, my fiancé walked back towards them because he was wondering why this man is talking to my daughter. My fiancé asked what was going on and he replied they were closing. So now I'm towards the front looking for paper plates and I ask Maria P, she says they are closing and closing the register, she tells me where the paper plates are. We grab them and get in line. She asked how many bags we need, I clearly said, "I don't know" because my cart was pretty full. At the end of the transaction Evelin come over there because it's closing time. I have groceries still sitting in the belt, I told them I needed more bags and Maria P said I had to pay 15 cents per bag because she only put 8 bags in the transaction, she said someone said 8 bags, but she was lying! Since I was using ebt my bags should be free. We were going back and forth. Maria claims the El Super's manager or owners make her count every single bag that is used and what is left over, but the register was closed out...but she was going to do a transaction by charging me for the bags...right? I was so insulted that she wouldn't give me some more bags and left my groceries on the belt. She decided to give me 8, she could have put 12 bags since I used ebt. I was insulted and disrespected. I was probably discriminated against too. I had just spent $246.00 in El Super and they wanted to charge me for 3 more bags, more or less. Do human beings have common sense anymore? I said..."just give me my money back". When I said that, Maria translated to Evelin and Evelin said, "da se la", "give her it". So they gave me the bags. I literally had to stand there and try to prove my point, then I gave up and decided to ask for my money back. I will never return to this store again! I hope the owner and upper management watch the footage of how Evelin and Maria P interacts with customers and I hope they are trained correctly or replaced with people that have common sense and customer service skills.

Always clean, I always go there for groceries shopping. Everything is amazing, except the long wait on checkout lanes most of the time. Please increase the # of active lanes during the day.
