I recently purchased a car from here they were beyond helpful. After a couple years sharing a car with the wife, this is a big help. Everyone is helpful from the general manager to the salesman, assistant manager. Great deal, great help, great car.

Very rude, car fax doesn’t match the description of the vehicle. I bought a car from them as a first time buyer. They told me that I wasn’t going to qualify but my father came in to back me up thankfully. Got a used car over a 120k asking price for 13k. Seem to us like an over priced. Since me and my dad didn’t had the much credit we decided to buy just for that. We took it for test drive, so everything things seems to be fine. We bought the car and we got home thinking everything going to be fine. Three months passed we started doing our business we started hearing noises from under the hood; I took a look under and noticed couple i mean a nightmare. ( Check your car before buying here!!!!!) I will listed the things that was going bad.
•struts
•Under control
•two motor mounted hitting metal with metal
•Missing internal and external components miss. Example Don’t put drywall screws to hold things together for the sun roof switch. I was driving down the road with family, when that sun roof component can fall on my 86 year old grandma head because guess the dry wall screw didn’t hold enough. I will post pics and proof included the real car fax.
•main driver side door lock did not work
•Windows motor was wearing out
•transmission was already bad
• horn didn’t work at times
•radio problems. All I heard was the music ? static oh it was awesome. I had to buy a wireless speaker.
• needed a oil change
• brakes pads
• brakes fluid was cook all the way burnt with the some water
• catalytic converter was clogged up including sensor
•passenger side brake light was cracked
•etc………
Picture will be posted soon. I’ll hate to see another person getting advantage from this overpriced dealership. I hope they improve because the if community thinks I’m the only person I got 10 people more complaints about this dealership. The warranty doesn’t cover anything, just your money burning.I asked them about the problem and they said to come to take a look, but never bother call me back to fix anything.To all finish it I went to the company dealership they gave a big stack of paper from only vehicle of carfax . There’s says 3 previous owners and actual company gave me a list of 26 owners with no maintenance but just a car wash just make your eyes green.

My experience with buying a $30K car from Divine Auto Mall has been a total nightmare. During the test drive, the car ran perfect with no issues, but 2 weeks later and 200 miles, the engine started knocking and misfired. I brought it to a mechanic shop, and they said that I would need an entire new engine which would cost over $15K as this was a high performance vehicle. Also, the oil level in the car was extremely low when I had my own mechanic inspect the car the 2nd day that I had it, which means that Divine Auto Mall did not even add the right amount of oil to this $30K car. Stay away from these scam artists, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.I also ended up paying an additional $2500 for an extended warranty that they talked me into buying, which turned out to be an absolute scam of an insurance company that was not willing to cover anything on my car.
