This place lets you die because they make you wait more than 5 hours for a doctor to see you because that's all they do since they don't even check your lungs etc. The workers are despots, the receptionists and the nurses inside are wasting their time watching Tik tok.

Took my granddaughter in because she said it burned when she urinated the doctor told me that there was traces of blood in her urine, but she gave me no antibiotics for her told me it was caused by swimming in the chlorine pool and wearing tight clothing and or not wiping herself properly 4 days later it still burns her and now she is vomiting if these people aren't going to take the time to help put the patients then maybe they should find a different profession!!!!

The Dr was very unprofessional and only gave me 1 minute before slapping me with a prescription and sending me out, not wanting to hear me further

The very racist nurse was super rude, she even abused my hand because I didn't answer in English and they kept me waiting for like 2 hours and the doctor arrived only to say in 2 minutes that that was it ??

Front desk “intake clerks” are rude, not friendly or concerned at all. There more like robots. I’d rather check in on a tablet.. Np was no better.!!! Where are the passionate, professionals

The place is always packed the nurses don’t care one bit about helping and the receptionists are loud obnoxious and no help. Skip this place if your looking for quick help

The location online said not busy. I walk in and sign in. I had an option to wait in the car and they will call me in 45 minutes. Waited almost an hour, I went in and still waiting for another 45 minutes. From the time I came in til now it’s been 3hrs I’m waiting for my prescription. Last time I come here.
Slow slowwww service. They are friendly but that doesn’t help.

Man this place sucks. They input my visit wrong to my insurance. I went to an urgent care and my visit is being billed as an emergency room visit. Now I’m being billed a copay that is 5x what I should be paying. No one seems to be able to help. I keep having to go back and forth between this place and my insurance.
I waited hours in the waiting room. When I was called in I waited in the exam room while no one saw me. Some time later a nurse asked me if anyone has seen me. I told her no
At that point I walked out. I wasn’t helped with anything and now I have to pay a co pay that’s 5x what I should pay.
I would be very careful here

Front desk is a little nicer than normal but it's the only urgent care that takes my insurance

The staff was ok, but the doctor was useless, she said she would prescribe antibiotics, turned out after 5 days getting so much worse I found she prescribed anti allergy and of course I way much worse since she gave me the wrong medication. I can back to the same place to show her mistake and get now the right medication.. but I’m coming back here
