if i could rate my experience here it would be a -1000/10 I would also rate it zero stars if i could, the management and employees were horrible to me and my young underage sister, as we were going to checkout these items that me and my sister were excited about, a rude blondish brown haired employee said there was only 1 per person very rudely and when we asked about another item if they had she replied rudely as well, nowhere was there a sign of there being only one item per person! as we were waiting for my mother to come, a very short bald male employee kept harassing and bothering me and my young sister while waiting for our mom. CVS get better staff! And DO BETTER!

Hi, before purchasing I would like to know if I have to input my DOB and also the reason why I need to input it while buying cough medicine. while I was purchasing the cough medicine on a self checkout, a store employee came out of nowhere and scanned her card and made me input my DOB. So please train your employees to let customers know before hand why they need to input their DOB in order to buy specific things. It was rude how the employee came and scanned her card like if I was doing something wrong. It was a brunette working in the morning of 10/15/2023.

I saw two restroom here,1 for employees,another one for customers,but when I ask for keys,he said no restroom here, so stupid.

I asked my mother's doctor to send medication over here at CVS Pharmacy at Fontana Baseline for the first time and had a horrible experience.I picked up medication for my mother and she took it as prescribed. A day later, when she was going to take it again, she noticed that the medicine was actually expired! And so, I went back to CVS Pharmacy Baseline to notify and complain to them that the medicine they provided was expired.Without apologizing, the pharmacy manager Jadie just tells me blankly, "it's not expired." Jadie then tells me that the medicine expiration date was extended. And that they meant to cover the expiration date on the box (but I do want to point out that my mom found the expiration date on the aluminum foil packaging of the medicine itself inside of the box).I understand that medication expiration dates can change. But what I don't understand is why they expected me to magically know that the medication they provided was not expired when the expiration date on the packaging already passed. If anything, they should have told me about the expiration date change PRIOR to selling me the medication to maintain transparency with patients. They were unable to do that and they were very unprofessional when I confronted them about their own shortcomings and mistakes. Considering this is a pharmacy and patient health is involved, the staff, especially the pharmacist manager Jadie, should have held accountability by being transparent and responsible.

I love this cvs but MICHALA- please stop being so rude. It's not that serious. You work in customer service but your service sucks. The pharmacy is wonderful. The older gentleman manager is GREAT. The online ordering is quick. Very quick. Only complaint is her.

This place lets patients fall through the cracks. I had a med automatically sent over and instead of them calling to let me know it was not available I had to go there and wait in line thinking I was going to be able to pick up, and when I had it transferred to another pharmacy it was a nightmare ! Terrible place

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this CVS location. I have been picking up mine and my family's prescription medication from here for years. I came by on Monday to pick up my medication when they told me it was backordered. I came by today, Thursday, to pick up other medications I had filled when the staff member gave me a difficult time. Firstly, I had a coupon for one of my medications given to me by my doctor. When I tried to apply the coupon, the worker Lily asked why I needed my medication repriced and seemed irritated that I wanted to use it. She told me to hold off to the side until they could get the adjusted price. I was waiting for 30+ minutes for someone to call me back to the register to get checked out, but no one called me back. I had to go back to the register to remind them that I was still waiting on them, to which they then decided to check me out for my medicine. I made a comment to the clerk, stating they appear understaffed, when she remarked they weren't understaffed. I told her they must be understaffed because all of these people are waiting in this long line and off to the side, if they weren't understaffed there wouldn't be a line like this. She said "well everyone has to wait." I let her know I was patiently waiting off to the side as instructed, and have been waiting longer than all of these people just coming in. Finally, when I asked about the status of my medication that was on back order, they said it still wasn't there and left it at that. No update on when it could arrive. I let her know this same situation happened to me 3 months ago with this medication, just as a statement, and she deflected saying "it's not our problem, it's the manufacturer." Incredibly rude and worst customer service ever. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

They lack service and professionalism to customers. They appear bothered when someone approaches them and need to serve. I made an online appointment to get MMR vaccine. When I showed up, they told me to wait in the vaccination area. I waited and the pharmacist didn't show. I peeked out and he saw me and came towards me to tell me that they didn't have the vaccine. when was he planning to tell me? He could not reassure me when they will get it, so I was waiting for nothing. He didn't apologize or offered any useful advice. He asked the clerk to assist me. However, the only advice I received was to go somewhere else such as Minute Clinics or another CVS. They don't care whether you stay or go somewhere else, so I recommend leaving and go somewhere else, because these people will frustrate you with their lack of service and attention to customer service.

There customer service is very bad they're very rude and just wanna get you out. They don't take the time to explain things to you or want to really hear what you're trying to say I would never order medication here again. Do t ever come here
