Bad customer service is bad for the company. This team member named MICHALA is soooo RUDE!! We had our passport pictures taken and even my kids noticed her discourteous attitude towards us. Seems like we catch her on a bad mood, or she just hates her job so much that she's taking it out to customers. She was called to help us with our photos. She looks very annoyed when she came. Never looked back at us when she's giving instructions. She sounds upset when my son was smiling before she took the picture. My turn came, I was bit smiling and she got more upset that she had to retake! We had our passport renewed several times. FYI: We are allowed to smile as long as the mouth is closed and eyes are open. Now all of us look mad on our pictures that she took!! Very awful experience. Remember, it is important to have a positive behavior at work, because it impacts your sales and the name of your company. You don't need a lot of training with this kind of job, you just need to be human. So unfortunate that this CVS location hired a team member MICHALA who has a VERY poor work behavior.

if i could rate my experience here it would be a -1000/10 I would also rate it zero stars if i could, the management and employees were horrible to me and my young underage sister, as we were going to checkout these items that me and my sister were excited about, a rude blondish brown haired employee said there was only 1 per person very rudely and when we asked about another item if they had she replied rudely as well, nowhere was there a sign of there being only one item per person! as we were waiting for my mother to come, a very short bald male employee kept harassing and bothering me and my young sister while waiting for our mom. CVS get better staff! And DO BETTER!

Closer man closed doors 10 minutes before closing and I needed feminine hygiene products and he locked me out and said they were closed when it was 10:50 bad service and dick move mostly to a young female rude service

What's the point of online check-in to receive a covid vaccination when I have to check in again in the pharmacy! I even called beforehand and was told that checking in online is enough, and I wouldn't need to do it again at the pharmacy counter.

I love this cvs but MICHALA- please stop being so rude. It's not that serious. You work in customer service but your service sucks. The pharmacy is wonderful. The older gentleman manager is GREAT. The online ordering is quick. Very quick. Only complaint is her.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this CVS location. I have been picking up mine and my family's prescription medication from here for years. I came by on Monday to pick up my medication when they told me it was backordered. I came by today, Thursday, to pick up other medications I had filled when the staff member gave me a difficult time. Firstly, I had a coupon for one of my medications given to me by my doctor. When I tried to apply the coupon, the worker Lily asked why I needed my medication repriced and seemed irritated that I wanted to use it. She told me to hold off to the side until they could get the adjusted price. I was waiting for 30+ minutes for someone to call me back to the register to get checked out, but no one called me back. I had to go back to the register to remind them that I was still waiting on them, to which they then decided to check me out for my medicine. I made a comment to the clerk, stating they appear understaffed, when she remarked they weren't understaffed. I told her they must be understaffed because all of these people are waiting in this long line and off to the side, if they weren't understaffed there wouldn't be a line like this. She said "well everyone has to wait." I let her know I was patiently waiting off to the side as instructed, and have been waiting longer than all of these people just coming in. Finally, when I asked about the status of my medication that was on back order, they said it still wasn't there and left it at that. No update on when it could arrive. I let her know this same situation happened to me 3 months ago with this medication, just as a statement, and she deflected saying "it's not our problem, it's the manufacturer." Incredibly rude and worst customer service ever. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

They lack service and professionalism to customers. They appear bothered when someone approaches them and need to serve. I made an online appointment to get MMR vaccine. When I showed up, they told me to wait in the vaccination area. I waited and the pharmacist didn't show. I peeked out and he saw me and came towards me to tell me that they didn't have the vaccine. when was he planning to tell me? He could not reassure me when they will get it, so I was waiting for nothing. He didn't apologize or offered any useful advice. He asked the clerk to assist me. However, the only advice I received was to go somewhere else such as Minute Clinics or another CVS. They don't care whether you stay or go somewhere else, so I recommend leaving and go somewhere else, because these people will frustrate you with their lack of service and attention to customer service.

There customer service is very bad they're very rude and just wanna get you out. They don't take the time to explain things to you or want to really hear what you're trying to say I would never order medication here again. Do t ever come here

New to the area. Went in for a passport photo. The place was busy, the photo printer broke twice, a salty customer (not me) and Vinicio handled it all like a champ. Give this guy a raise!

The UPS store here is drop off only. Your package has to be ready to go. Labels printed. And taped up. They don't have the resources to help with packaging, taping or labeling. Your stuff has to be ready for shipment, and you can drop-off at the front where the cashier is at.The store is clean and organized. Decent size and selection if items.Staff are really helpful.There was no line at the pharmacy when I was there. That's a win. It could have just been luck on the timing.Even though I wasn't able to ship my return packages (my fault for not having them ready to go), I was able to grab some snacky snacks and deodorant here. I was also eyeballing the candy at check-out but used some self-restraint- I know shocking lol
