So I have been a loyal customer to this CVS for over 10 years. The pharmacist Lindsey and Tech Wanda greet me by name. Sadly the customer service level from the other associates has dropped. I had a medication with 3 refills available. When I tried to refill I was told I can't because the prescription had expired. Ok, seeing it was Friday at 5pm I went to Urgent Care because I was almost out of my medicine, Urgent Care Doctor sent a new prescription. When I called to verify, I was told my insurance had declined the order. Said I was over my limit. Seemed odd. Called back to talk to the pharmacist and she said my insurance wants me to mail order this prescription. I asked if the Tech had submitted this properly, because I had been on the same medication for 2 years with no problems. It was submitted correctly. What are my options, because I am almost out. Pay $677, but they didn't have it in stock. No thanks. She actually told me I can't help you and hung up.I called Costco in Fontana and the CASH price was a lot cheaper, but they also didn't have it. The difference was that this person helped me locate the medication at another Costco and told me what the steps were to complete the transfer. I called the other Costco and went to pick my medicine expecting to pay $300. The cashier told me $15. Costco still had my insurance on file as was able to get the medicine approved by my insurance.So 2 people at this CVS Lied to me. I'm so done with this store.

1st time at this location was this morning around 9:45am. I am new to the area. I ordered photos online. When I arrived there was no one working in the photo department and no one in line for photos. I looked around and saw an employee walking around (possibly the manager) and said "excuse me, I'm here to pickup photos" she rudely/frustratedly said "you have to get in line!" I responded with "ok sorry." And she walked away. I got in the general line for the store. Just a super bad first impression of their customer service. I will not be returning and referring others.

Saw a guy push his dad in a wheelchair asking to use the rest room. They got flat denied by a cvs employee. The dad was really old can't believe they did that

I feel I need to write this review today because I ordered online on March 29, 2021. Delivery date said June 2. No delivery made. Called customer service, was told it was ready to get picked up by UPS, but NOT today. So I ended up going into the store, bought my items, no cashier at front, there was a self checkout, did that, my care pass didn't scan, I asked for help from a sales associate, she tells a Justin, who's a few feet away from me, putting stuff on a shelf, that I needed help, he tells me I need to brighten my screen on my phone, without leaving his place. I brightened my screen, still didn't work, found on the screen to put in my phone number, finished my transaction by MYSELF, no help from staff!!! I'm really disappointed how this CVS has gone downhill in the 3 years!!

Came here for my son's second COVID vaccine. Easily found parking.Easy check in. Only one person ahead of him. Person giving the shot was very nice and friendly. Surprisingly not as many people getting their second shot like the long line for the first shot. We're just waiting to leave.

A normal CVS, except no bathrooms?? Odd, doesn’t seem to be a homeless or transient problem in this otherwise nice shopping center.
