Got 4 new tires on my work van . When I picked it up this sensor was on . They told me to go to another Costco for them to fix it . This place is ridiculous.

I always shop here and I loved going to the food court until yesterday. My husband & I ordered a hotdog and pizza. We're both sick and have food poisoning from the food court. I'm not sure if it's because maybe the hot dog wasn't boiled long enough, of if cross contamination occurred.

Great location with a huge parking lot and gas station. Selection is great and comparable to other locations in the area. Costco always provides excellent value when items are discounted and employees are always so nice. Definitely come get a membership and get your shopping done for the holiday season.

The customer service here was a horrible experience for me. The supervisor named Angie and the lady who has black hair with greys all over who wears glasses was very rude. They didn't let me buy my cart because my membership was me as a girl, I am transgender. They gave me a hard time and had me crying on my way out. This is very unacceptable and I will not continue to shop at this location. They had me feeling very uncomfortable! Also I can tell they were talking about me while I was waiting in line, they kept looking and laughing at me.

Today I went to Costco and did some shopping and I had a good experience until I checked out, the cashier Jordan was very helpful and polite but the woman that boxed my groceries (Angie) she wears a red vest i think she's a lead... I told her that one of the eggs was broken in the pack that I had gotten and could i please get another assuming that she would retrieve it for me since I was checking out, she said "sure" and just stood there until everything was in the cart then she started looking over my package of eggs as if she were counting them finally i said "let me go back and get them!" And she just had this confused look on her face but she didn't feel like walking I'm thinking. Whatever happened to customer service???

Today husband and I went to Costco to return a Dyson vacuum which we purchased about 5 years ago. To my surprise- my vacuum starting acting up. It would turn off and on and would not pick - up all the dirt. I changed the filter and cleaned out the roller and nothing. Manager Carlos was nice to give me store credit and with that I purchased another Dyson. Return policy is A+ and I definitely will be returning for all my future major appliance purchases for the A+ customer service.

Went to Costco today. After paying went to order food at the Kiosk. So like usual you just wait till your number gets called. So five minutes waiting the cashier yells rudely to get in one line. Everyone looks at each other like what? My daughter said the San Bernardino store does it like that. I go Fontana doesn't do that. Apparently that's why everyone was waiting for their number to be called. So why have the kiosk if you have to do your own order then stand in line to get your food. 2:15 pm Take the kiosks out and do it the old way. Very disappointed & also that cashier was totally rude.

Regarding vanilla ice cream . Everytime I order here at Costco Fontana beginning last month (august up to now, September 25,2023) their vanilla ice cream is always hollow in the center . They should fill up the center not just the sides .

This is for the whole pizza wait time- We ordered 1 pep pizza at 5:07pm.....Right now it's 5:43pm, 40 flippin minutes more when I was told by a femaleEmployee who started at 4:30 pm told me 15-20 minutes more.... I understand it gets busy, but do not worth the wait.They're barely on #456!

After shopping I always stop by the food court and get myself my daughter and my son some snacks. I've never had any issues up until today. I normally get the individual slices of pepperoni pizza although today I decided to go with the whole pizza once I receive my pizza, we went ahead and came home Only to realize our pizza had not been cut properly. There was maybe two slices that I was able to pull out. They were completely uneven and to top it all off. It tasted like a frozen pizza I live maybe 3045 minutes away so when I called about it, they told me to drive back and show them the pizza in order for me to get a refund. The only other time I had a bad experience is when I had an employee check every single item in my cart because of the way I was dressed she must've counted 102 items just to make sure I wasn't stealing anything, but I made sure to just mark everyone else's receipts and let them be, she proceeded to do this to other times without knowing I would notice her don't recall her name, but this is the last straw for me. I will definitely be only shopping at the San Bernardino a Rancho stores.

The wait isn’t impossible at this Costco Tire Center. There is always a line and they are slow. Ordered 1 tire and was told it would arrive 2 days later and it’s going on a week. They never answer their phones so trying to call is impossible. Got to Victorville or San Bernardino Costco for your tires. Not worth it here.

Waited at tire center with only one other customer ahead of me for forty minutes. I had spent $1,000 on tires less than 2 months previous and while driving on the freeway had a msg pop up on my truck "tire pressure sensor fault". I stopped at Costco in Fontana to have them check it out - thought it might not be safe to drive if I had picked up something in my tire. Just wanted someone to check it out. But after waiting over 40 minutes for a very slow worker to finally get to me, she told me that unfortunately they are full today and cannot look at my truck. She wanted me to make an appointment for another day. Since I live an hour away and a Costco closer to home, why would I do that? I had made it clear to her that I was trying to get it checked out for safety purposes. Mind you it was only 11:00 am and there was only one lady in front of me and she was able to get her vehicle in just fine. And it's not like I was purchasing a whole set of tires or anything. Just wanted them to check out my tire sensor and make sure I didn't have a flat. Also, as I was waiting in line, she looked at the two customers who were behind me and asked them if they were just dropping off and tried to help them before me. The customers did not have an appointment and were not picking up - same as me and told her that. She had horrible customer service!!! Wish I had taken down her name, but she has dyed blonde hair with roots showing. Regardless this Costco certainly needs to train their staff a lot better in good customer service! There still might not have been any way that they could've fit me in, but she could have at least checked with one of the mechanics and treated me a lot nicer. And she could've offered to check with another Costco close by to see if they could get me in. And she might've apologized for the fact that I had to wait over 40 minutes for nothing. And if they were so busy, why didn't Costco have some support staff to help her get Customers through? Update: stopped at the Costco in Victorville on my way home, and they helped me no problem. Not a big deal - replaced faulty sensor and on my way! What a difference in Customer Service!!!! Thank you Victorville Costco! Booo Hissss Fontana Costco!!

I came just for eggs, I kept repeating to myself and walk out with $379 worth of stuff ;( Purchased some clearance biker shorts and a cardigan for $5 each .

I never leave bad reviews, but this was the worst tire service I have ever had. I ordered some tires for installation. They never called to tell me they received them. They don't answer the phones. I dropped my car off over night since they don't answer, than they forget about having the car, than they put the blue wall side of the tire on the inside, instead of the outside. I'm sticking to American Tires.
