The check-in guard in the morning shift has an extremely horrible attitude. He is rude and arrogant to the point of being unpleasant.
We’re not allowed to park in the facility while getting loaded anymore, we’re sent to park on the street or Cowboy’s Burgers
Trailers have to be 10 years or newer, otherwise you’ll be rejected
4 hours average loading time
Afternoon check in/out guard is a very nice lady, completely the opposite to the morning guard.

Very slow loading ,when are you coming this place you need find parking spot nearby on the street, because they didn’t have parking spot,over here really tied place,the second thing you come over check in with the guard and then you go back to your truck waiting for the text message for the door then you come over drop your trailer and go back onto your parking spot again on the street, if you check in early morning, you’ll be here till all day . If you check in the evening, you’ll be here all night so just letting you guys know thank you.

door immediately got, but right now 1:30 pm and still waiting for been loaded.
Dropped trailer is fine. no any staging area for bobtail. You need to find spot somewhere, unfortunately all streets with no parking signs! To much requirement to get loaded never nowhere required show trailer registration))))

Very badly. The lady who is in the office is very arrogant, racist and liar. My appointment was at 11. I checked in two hours before and she told me to return at 11 and now it comes out that at 12 she is rude and when I answer her I call out the security guard. door for me to leave the office, very bad, they take a long time and the treatment is terrible

True Facts are here Appointment time 11/00 am check In 10/10 am. Dock allotted 12/30 pm & To load 15 pallets they almost took 5 hrs. Check Out time. 3/ 30 pm PM Nothing left to say anything more. Judge yourself if u r gonna pick up a load from this location . it’s a Hook n drop location only. Live load’s are not welcome/ entertain here . Good luck & thanks for wasting my precious E LOG HRS. More than 5 hrs to get loaded half of the trailer every success in business is based on 3 d Desire to work dedications & devotion & this place lack Of 3 D & Unfortunately nothing available. ….Thanks. !!!!!

It was good on a Friday afternoon. I parked off the access road for the security gate and checked in with security.
Then in with the office. Then they gave me a door right away. Because they were slow and I was early. And they gave me text messages.
And I was there for 4 hours and I didn't check my weight. About 42000 pounds? and I left.
I did have to detach and park on the access road for the security gate. But I was only there for 4 hours.
I would give them 5 stars this time. But they don't speak enough English.

This place is a joke. Avoid it at all cost unless you need a long break. When you get there you must park on the busy street out side and walk up to check in. Security is slow the check in office is slow loading is slow. Plus they make you drop at a door and bobtail off the property. They call you about 5 hours later to come get your trailer. Half a trailer and it took them 5 hours. Make sure you weigh. My bills showed 30,000 LBs. My drivers were 32,420 and my tandems where 25.650 with them all the way forward.

This place should close down and whoever runs this place should never be able to get a job again clearly they suck at their job. My only recourse is to make damn sure I don’t drink any coke product’s again.

Worst place ever visited don’t come here drivers . If your appointment is in the morning around 10 they will load you in the evening around 5

I have to agree with other bad reviews, this place is TERRIBLE and it doesn’t deserve even one star. The people here are very rude especially the guard because he thinks he’s the king of the castle, they don’t have respect for drivers, have no instructions, no communication, no place to park for walking to check in and after dropping trailer, this place can take 5,6-8 hrs easily just to load or off load few pallets because they think their time is gold but our time is trash, so just stop order trucks if you can’t handle the volume.
To other drivers, don’t forget to bring your trailer’s registration when you check in-
it’s that RIDICULOUS!!!
