Went there to open a checking account they said I need to make an appointment or go to another branch nearest branch would be hours away because of heavy traffic in the area they had a couple of employees sitting in their desk most of the time gossiping about their personal life when they can be helping out customers opening up checking accounts I got the impression that employees or management don’t want to help customers and are not attentive to customer needs.

They won't cash a check here if you don't have an account with them. It is very inconvenient you would think you could walk into any citi bank and cash their check. I see now why they don't have many branches with this type of service.

Teller took my claims appeal paperwork without confirmation of my identity, said bank manager would fax it to the appeal office and never returned my copies. I can confirm they never faxed it and it was never received. Happened last week. 2nd time at the same location in a 9 month period. I don't recommend this office or any Citibank services

The staff is so unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend going to this branch if you are looking for anything other than an ATM because the staff here does not want to help any customers.

Every single time I come in there's always just one teller attending customers always big lines came during my lunch and spent all hour here waiting to do a simple transaction that can't be done at the ATM I think it's time for a dif bank that can afford to hire more people

Citi bank is one of the worst banks I've ever been to. What started out as a great experience turned into one of the most rude and disrespectful places I've ever had the means to do business with. They are literally holding my money hostage and will not give me a reason, I have an appointment with someone tomorrow: if I don't get the answers I need I'm willing to take it to court. I'm disgusted

We deposit the money on the bank where is supposed to be safe, they use that money and gain more money... This bank wired 11,000 dlls to someone out of state and have not taken responsibility and do what's right, refund us our money. We are old and living on a fixed income, my husband 83, myself 66. Fraud case has been filed, 3 times cause every time they say there's no record of it...what do we need to do to get our money back??

I went there today, I expected it to be a bit busy since it’s the first business day after a long holiday weekend. There were about 12 people ahead of me and only 1 teller. I don’t have an account here, my best friend wrote me check for my birthday. I waited almost an hour. When I got to the front of the line, another teller opened and only 3 people behind me. Typical. I get to the teller and I let her know I want to cash this check and she asks if I have an account and since I don’t she can’t help me and says I have to go to the Colton branch! I left and just went to my credit union, which I should’ve just done in the first place!! It only takes one time for someone to treat me badly and I don’t go back. I feel like , they don’t care about new customers becoming members with that attitude. And if i did open an account, there would eventually be poor customer service that I would have to deal with at some point. It makes me appreciate my credit union even more, all employees there are so friendly and everyone is always smiling.

Went in to open a new account. I’ve never had deposit accounts with Citibank except credit cards. I overhear customers being turned away for any existing service or issues with account. I hear the manager and associates telling customers to call the customer service number, or if they need assistance there are no available appointments unless 2-3 weeks out in advance. When the manager is told I want to open an account he takes me to his office and some how manages to give me an appointment time for today within 30 minutes? I decided not to open my account after seeing the mistreatment to their current customers because I know that will be me and I want to save myself from that later on. They must get incentives for new accounts because they don’t care about their customers otherwise. I’ll stick to my primary bank.

I opened a large saving account for new members. They offered a bonus for new members who open a saving account. After six months, they did not pay any bonus to my account. I got a run around from 4 different employees. Each one told me a different story. I was told the bonus would be deposited in my account after 90 days. I closed the account my account but did not Collect the bonus. The teller told me to leave the large saving account in the account so they could find out whats going on. Probably Citibank doesn't care about the very large account being closed.
