This is in regards to the Chase Bank from Fontana, CA. I started out with an investment advisor who associated with this location. We have been trying to find an investment advisor closer to our home. Chase Bank, or JP Morgan have been contacted for the last several weeks. We feel that there is a no way out. We are stuck with this investment banker. I feels like we don't have a choice; almost like a communistic country. The several telephone have proven to be wasteful. No One wants to help. They rarely answer their phone at any branch and this has left us with no alternative but to drive to Bank location. Their on-going activity of not responding has become a huge disappoint to us. We feel as though we are trap.

Went to this Chase Bank for Notary Services, and they no longer have Notary Services and not sure when they have this service again.

This place is the worst I walked in to see a clerk for something that takes 2 minutes they wanted me to wait for the next appointment while the clerk is waiting I could have been seen and out of the place horrible customer service

I'm loving the drive thru atm services, you should have a question button without needing to go inside the bank, like the gas stations.

Worst customer service, when in to make changes to my business account no one in mine waited for a few they said if the appointment don't show up in minutes I would be next 30 minutes pass no one show up they were just sitting down on the computers never coming back to this location

Stopped by during my lunch break to knock out an errand. Mission accomplished! There wasn't too much of a line. Shout out to Emily for making my experience, easy breezy cover girl! Throughout the conversation she was genuine and helpful with all of my inquiries. She let me know that I qualify to upgrade my checking account, which I didn't know. 10/10! Thank you!PROS: exceptional customer service. They have tellers that speak Spanish as well. CONS: N/A

BEWARE of this branch!!! My dad recently passed and had a savings and checking account with Chase. My estranged brother went into this location and illegally requested documents related to my dad’s account, and the banker provided him with copies of his personal checks which is a violation of code of conduct. I spoke to the branch manager Sonia Zapata and when I had specific questions as to HOW this happened, I felt she was not being transparent and was not truthful because a banker was the one that committed this violation yet I was told that bankers are trained for these kind of scenarios, so then how did this happen. An incident report was filed and Chase will conduct further investigation because it’s a huge deal that someone NOT on an account was able to access my father’s personal information.

Tell your lazy d*** custodian to not lock the front door anymore when cleaning. He tied the doors using trash bags so no one can come in. It's designed to let people deposit their checks after hours. Could see him through the window just on the phone for awhile. He can clean by keeping the inner doors locked. They don't have any ATMS that take checks outside so we are now forced to wait until he feels like opening it or going to a different bank
