This is a very late review but just wanted to give a huge thank you to Mary & her team. When I first called to make an appointment there wasn't anything available that week & Mary said she'd check on something & give me a call back. She called back & had a slot available. I was so grateful they were able to take my car in. Mary called with an update throughout the week & the repairs were made & left my car. If ever needed in the future I would definitely be back due to Mary's above & beyond customer service.

Best customer service ever! I took my van for repairs due to an accident we're I was hit from behind. Mary assisted me getting a rent a car right away and calling the adjuster and making sure I was taken care of right away. It took a little long but I was fine with it since I wanted to make sure my van looked like new. Along the way Mary communicated with me on the process. She made me feel very welcomed since I walked through the door. I believe the guy that is also there goes by Mike and he also had great customer service. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a collision center. My repairs and paint match 100% too the original color. Thank you Mary for all your help! You are amazing!

This will always be the place I'll go to for any repairs on my car. Mary is so sweet and she works with you and your insurance. I've gone to her every time there's an accident and she not only does a good job on making sure my car is in good hands but she genuinely cares to make sure you're okay too. They do a great job in handling the repairs and make sure everything is done well and correctly leaving your car fixed like brand new.

I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! Mary kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car was repaired in a timely manner & they do beautiful work. I hope my car never has to come back, but I know if it does, it's in good, caring hands.

Mary and Mike are very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgable in dealing with the Insurance Adjusters process, Also, friendly, they both took the time to explain the process and were very thorough since I explained this was our 1st time dealing with the other drivers Insurance who was found 100% at fault, and their Insurance was moving along slow in the process.Mary helped speed things along by calling herself for me, to get the ball rolling. My driver door got slammed open due to crazy Fontana wind, I notice after that when I would drive my car I could hear wind noise and it was driving me crazy! I found this place on google and I'm glad I did really good customer service. They gave me a quote and a date I took my car In probably took 3 hours and just like that my car was good as new.

I got rear ended at the beginning of October 2022 and made the decision to get repairs with my Mercury Insurance company. After the first body shop I went to rejected the work due to contract restrictions with Mercury, I had to find a private shop to complete the work. I made the first call to Ceres and spoke with Mary who was so kind to explain her experience with people who were in my exact position. She went over steps that they'd need to take and answered all my questions honestly. She made me feel like we'd known each other for some time. I knew I'd made the right call. After I dropped the car off, Mary made a call to the local car rental shop who helped me with my car rental and reassured me that my car was going to be in the BEST hands with Ceres. The work took some time but it was more than understandable as there was a delay on my insurances end on getting an appraiser out to the shop to review the new quotes. If you want good work done, be patient because let me tell you it was worth it. I was BEYOND impressed with the care they gave me and my car. They went the extra mile and completed other work that the first shop would of never even touched at all. Please trust this shop to do an amazing job. They will work for you! Trust this shop to know what they are doing. Honest people and Honest work!! Thank you Ceres Collision!!! I'm so happy with my experience!

What can I say, this has been the best experience ever! Mary and her staff are the best. A couple of weeks ago, coming back from Arizona I hit something on the freeway. When I got home I saw that my front bumper was bent. I called the insurance company and they told me to find a body shop to get an estimate. After searching various companies, I came across Ceres Collision. I called in the morning and Mary was very nice and helpful. I made and appt. and took the car in so they could give me an estimate. Mary said they always try to use OEM parts and not aftermarket parts (they only used original parts on my car). She assured me that my car was in the best of hands and would take care of me. I left my car there. She called me right after she met with the appraiser and gave me the details. She said she had just called the nearest car dealer to order the parts they needed. She said she would call back and let me know what was going on. After a week, she called and said my car was ready but she wanted to drive it just to make sure everything was good. I went to get my car that same day and it looked brand new. They washed it and it looked great. What I really liked from Ceres Collision was the fact that they really want to make sure your car is fixed. The first thing she did was use a scanner on my car to see if the accident had set off any codes. Other body shops were just going to replace any broken parts, but none said they would actually run a scanner to make sure anything else needed work. Another thing that put my mind at ease was the fact that she services the local police departments' cruisers. This tells me she is a professional and is trustworthy. You can tell Mary takes her work seriously and tries to make sure you are taken care of. I can write more about Mary and her staff, but I think you get the picture. If you want your car fixed right the first time by someone that knows what she is doing, bring it here. You will not be disappointed. I can guarantee that. 10 out of 10. :)

I am incredibly happy with the advice and results I received through visiting Ceres Auto. Mike was considerate and honest, and he helped me to decide what was the most economical decision for my vehicle and my circumstances. I appreciate coming to the mechanic and feeling supported, and that is how I felt coming here. Mike educated me on my vehicle and its condition, helping me to decide on my next steps considering the damage. He takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to help you. I would definitely go back for any of my other vehicle needs.

Very honest and reliable, never saw a painter turn down business based on the end result not being up to satisfaction but Ceres saved me a lot of money and heartache on job that he gave a great solution for. I really appreciate the fact he gave me a better solution for my paint job that saved me money.

So far I'm so impressed with the customer service! Prior to dropping my car off, Mary followed up with me and was even willing to contact my insurance company and help me get a rental car quickly. I've received emails with updates already - so impressive!
