Please do not use this place of business. I received bad service from this business. They are crooks and took advantage of me charging me 40$ to make me 16 copies from the printer, if they would of told me they were gonna charge me that much I would of went elsewhere but instead of them being honest and setting a price before they wait till after the service is done and was like that'll be 40$

I have been coming here for over 28 years I will never go anywhere else, I did once but that was a huge mistake. If you want your want you taxes done right then you will go see Rosario Castro.

I love going to Castro and Associates! They have been doing my taxes for over 20 years. Rosario is very thorough in explaining everything to me. She goes over every step and what I can expect to see with my taxes. She is always courteous, kind and friendly. I look forward to seeing her every year because she has become like family. She also provides other office related services at her business and is someone I can count on. I don't know what @Mayra Ramirez is talking about. Sounds like shes trying to discredit the business owner as she advertises for another tax office in her bad review. Don't let that review fool you, Rosario is BEST TAX LADY AROUND!

I do not recommend this place, I paid for them to prepare my income taxes, the lady, apart from being rude, does not do her job well, I gave her everything she needed to do to be everything right and I didn't get it but not a cent and instead she helped me because that's what I paid for $$$ told me to settle with the IRS WHEN THE WHO DONE EVERYTHING WRONG WAS SHE, don't even look here, there is a better and safer place in the valley and winged alder of the furniture store ???? guaranteed

Today was my first time going to Castro & Associates for my tax preparation and I was more than happy with the service. When I arrived for my appointment, the man at the front desk welcomed us and promptly had us fill out the New Client form and we were seen on time. Rosario was the one that helped us with the tax preparation and she was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very clean and organized.
