Cardenas is the best Market I've ever been to. I am a white guy but my stomach is Mexican, they're hot Mexican food is amazing.. you can find anything you want in that store they have it.

I've been going to Cardenas on and off for about 25 years. Early on they were the best place in the highest quality meet in the area. That's not true anymore.

Cardenas has been going downhill for a while now. Very disappointing. Last night we purchased a tres leches birthday cake, the girl that helped my dad made a comment “hasta que se fue”. He didnt think much of it, but this morning we finally tried it and to our surprise the whole thing was spoiled. The frosting was so hard. Just unacceptable. You guys dont care how long the product stays out on display as long as you make a sale. So unprofessional, you guys could put somebody’s health at risk. I noticed this same issue with your meat department. So sad. Never coming here again. And I would recommend everybody that reads this review to do the same.

In all Cardenas it happens that there is only one person at meals. In the butcher shop the old employees don't want to serve, and there are no cashiers. they make her cough

Really bad service. The manager thinks by not having any cashiers in the morning is helping the store saving money. And forcing customers scan their own items. They will loose more customers if they think like that.

I made a trip from Fresno and went to that place, I bought some tacos and they were very cold and they didn't even give me napkins, they gave me terrible service

There was a good deal here on unseasoned carne asada, and marinated al pastor in one-pound packages and pre-chopped. The rest of the stuff for tacos and burritos was reasonably priced as well.

The cashier, one with big glasses and long black hair, on my ticket says her name is Madai D. The long line to pay and her with a terrible attitude, I have no desire to return to Cardenas.
