Terrible service, the gel was spilled on the edges, other edges were left blank, he didn't put color on them, he didn't remove the dust and he still painted a nail, when I tell him everything that is wrong they get upset, I will definitely never return to that place…..
By the way, the cockroaches came in and out of the pedicure chairs ??????????
And they acted like they didn't see

Don’t get any services done here unless it’s from Wendy!!! First and last time getting my lashes done here. The process was so unprofessional, unpleasant and painful. The lady applied the glue to my FACE to dip the lashes into, her breath stunk, and she didn’t do my lashes ANYTHING like the reference picture I showed her. She pulled my eyelids open to apply the lashes? Her work was awful. Every woman here but wendy is sloppy with their work.

I went to this nail salon 1/10/2024 after looking at reviews that were mostly positive so that put me at ease. Once my set was completed I expressed that I did not like the outcome of how they looked. The lady who did my nails knew I was displeased from my facial expression. However instead of speaking to me she mimicked my facial expression and started talking to another worker in their language where they both processed to laugh ( how unprofessional and disrespectful) As I was leaving I asked to speak to the person that answered the phone who stated I should have said something beforehand, and that we both learned a lesson that day. There was no solution offered to come back later (as I was pressed for time at that moment) to remedy the situation. The only thing that was mentioned was to come back when I need a fill and another technician can do it for me. From that statement I believe their only concern was (I can't speak for anyone else) to get my money. How can you expect a customer to leave unhappy with the services that were provided, and think they're going to come back unless you try to rectify the situation so they would WANT to come back. Very unprofessional...

Best pedicure in Fontana, Wendy and Tina are great, all the people there are really helpful, don't mind the wait, it's worth it. Or make an appointment like my wife does. They do an even better job on her fingernails & eyebrows . Thank you guys.

It was my first time coming in for a manicure and Mary recommended a nice neutral color since my nails are still growing and I loved the shade and appreciate her!! It's so classy, also while I was getting them done someone came in for lash extensions and they were so cute I had to come back the next day and get them done (They were done by Wendy) Thank you ladies for the amazing service!! this will be my new nail and lash spot
