I went to the office to talk and they added a new green can, because when the workers pass by the garbage, they grab the can and hit their garbage truck and while they leave my can with the neighbors, they let it go and falls, obviously the boat breaks but they do not report that they do part of their work wrong.So I went and told them that and someone from the office treated me the worst and the other women didn't say anything apart from a very strange girl flirting with my son and he is 18 years old!! These women are very poorly trained, they are not suitable for their position.

I have had my green food container not picked up for 3 weeks. I live in a condo and we need to keep our trash cans in the garage and after 3 weeks the smell is terrible and the little bugs that are flying inside the trash can is terrible. I don't understand why they can't pick those green containers when they pick up the blue and the black if this continues I will stop putting the food in the green containers.Services: Electronic waste removal & disposal

This company does not care about their customers. A trash truck hit my parked car in June. I got in contact with the Manger Scott Landis. He asked my dad to send him two quotes and the company would send a check for the damage. We sent him the quotes on June 23rd. We were informed the check was approved and it would take 2 weeks. It's now the end of September. Every time we call they either ignore us or give us the run around. Still claiming that it's approved. I will be going to the city of Upland and the Mayor to voice my concerns. It's shame that we let company's like this to go unchecked. Next review, I will be adding screen shots of text messages back in forth with Scott. Which will also be brought up to the city

These animals constantly litter the streets and don't clean up after themselves. That and it takes all day for the trash to get emptied out.

Very disappointing! I've been requesting to replace our blue recycle bin 4 times for the past 2 months since the cover is already broken. Until now still not replaced and some of the customer service staff are rude and they want to increase the service fee. Please do something! ??

they just increased the rates? Start demoting and docking pay for poor employee performance to cover that increase...Bad customer service. It's a shame there isn't another trash service to choose from. It took 3 weeks to give me my deposit back on a dumpster. Home depot did it the same day for a trailer rental. I think home depot needs to train burrtec employees. If there was competition these people would not have jobs..Service: Dumpster rental

I needed some bulky items picked up & Judy, the customer service rep who assisted me, was extremely helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in great detail. The quantity of items allowed, the dates available for pickup, the time & day I needed to place the items out in order to be serviced properly. I would also like to mention that because I took her advice & placed the items out the evening prior to pick up, I was pleasantly surprised to find the drivers had arrived nice & early the morning they were due to arrive. All in all I've had Burrtec for many years as my service company. The drivers are always on time & friendly & whenever I've had the pleasure of speaking with Judy she is a wealth of information. She is an asset to your company.

I just have to complain about Burrtec. Too costly for their sloppy performance of leaving the trash cans anywhere else on the street but up against the curb, flipping the lids open after emptying the bins so the rain can fill up inside of them. And now they want to fine us for getting some of the waste in the wrong can. They are too picky about what goes into each trash bin and are totally phobic of bubble wrap.and AAA etc batteries . So now I don't need such a ginormous black bin. Are they going to fine us for every twist tie and bottle cap now?Services: Waste recycling

DO MANY ISSUES WITH BURTTEC. THEIR VEHICLES BREAK DOWN CONSTANTLY, AND YOU'RE PROMISED PICK UP THE FOLLOWING DAY, AND IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. YOU WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND TOLD YOU'LL BE CHARGED EXTRA, FOR TRASH THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP THE WEEK B4. NO CALL BACKS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I forgot to move my car from in front of my house on trash day. Lucky for me my trash guy got out and moved my trash from the other side of my car so he could take my trash :)

Worst customer service. Don’t even bother calling the number because you’ll have to deal with uptight ladies who sit and do nothing all day. Doesn’t help that you get nowhere and nothing but excuses from them, like they are preloaded with them. I’ve been told there is not enough manpower, so that’s the reason for my trashcans getting skipped. I’m not the only one on my block either that this has been happening too and they still expect payment. Absolutely ludicrous and completely disorganized.Update: I called back because this time I was going to take names. Thankfully, I wound up with a very sweet lady named, Vilma. Give that lady a merit promotion! Was such a joy talking to her and she even agreed with me that that is not fair to the customer to get an excuse that the job is undermanned and that was the reason for my trash being skipped. She even scheduled me to get a bigger recycling bin, when I was given this sorry dinky can. She deserves five stars alone and which is why I added an extra star.All of the other snobby ladies though at their desk, giving customers attitude, can take a hike.

Honestly they need to get it together! Customer service is horrible and they always have attitude for their mistakes. Trash is never picked up on time. I have to call at least 2-3 times a month. PLEASE DO BETTER BURRTEC!!!!!!Service: Trash removal & disposal
