I have worked with bross transs for many years since 2009. Going on 13 years of great service Mr. Jose has performed multiple auto works on our vehicles through the years.He currently performs work on our kids vehicles as they are Now adults.Thank you Mr. Jose for all of the great work that you've done for us through the years.We never had a problem with your service we've Had nothing but excellent great service.

LISTEN to the previous reviews, and do not come here! Thieves and liars that's what they are one month to get my van back from a transmission work that was going to take only one week according to the owner. Has to get a towing company not ones but twice take my van to there shop to fix stuff they broke and charge for. Ones again please don't come here !

I believe a lot has changed, my experience was a 5/5. The staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and willing to work with me with scheduling and pricing. They worked with integrity which I value most. As a woman with little to no knowledge of cars, I definitely recommend!

This guy “Jose†doesn't know how to work on transmission. I paid him $3000 and had to take my truck back 10 times. He never fixed it, he said I should just sell it. I should of just bought a transmission from the wrecking yard, I had a better chance of getting a good transmission that way. I would never recommend this place to anyone, it's better to pay a little more and go to a reputable transmission shop. I learned my lesson.

I took my truck there to get fixed an it's still not fixed the first time I took it thinking ok good price I'll try him. A week later my transmission went out in the middle of the street an was almost rear ended by a bigger truck. Took it back told me it was another part I didn't pay for I fixed that part an my truck still not fixed an he wants to charge me more money.
