Just came in to this store that my daughter-in-law said was in this area because she had made a purchase here.I wanted some new boots.When we came in rather than say hi(My wife or daughter-in-law heard a person say, "Welcome, they greeted us with, "We're closing in so many minutes."So after a quick check for some boots that I would've purchased, but after inquiring about if there was any product warranty, in case stitching etc went bad, and received a poor explanation of what was covered, and basically being rushed out (someone also got on the intercom saying tell your customers we are closing: Intended for us? We were the only ones left?) So, we left.My daughter-in-law & wife were with me. My daughter-in-law was extremely upset.So, with unfortunately, not to friendly staff, poor communication, and committment to your products, we will not be back.You know, it seemed like your staff is not happy to work here...

Bad service horrible experience took my 100x hat for a reshape only to pick it up in worse shape brought it up to the associate’s attention only for the gentleman to tell me to come back when someone else was there now im stuck with an out of shape hat

Came at 7:55 and the lady would not let me in to buy Ariat insoles I needed them bad for work the next day now my back is going to be jacked up for the rest of the week thanks a lot never buying anything from here again they are super rude

I had an unfortunate experience at the Boot Barn store regarding their customer service. After spending considerable time browsing their shoe selection for approximately one hour, my companion and I identified a pair that captured our interest. Eager to try them on and make a purchase, we approached the store employees and kindly requested the other shoe to complete the pair. However, to our dismay, we discovered that another customer who entered the store after us had already obtained the other shoe. Despite our prior request, the employees informed us that due to the presence of a tag on the other customer's shoe, they would prioritize fulfilling their request.

This place 5 stars yes best customer service I ever had in a boot barn . They don’t pressure you and follow you around. Also very helpful when you ask for help ☺️ Very organized as well.

First time in the store and looking for a new pair of boots for my sister for a Nashville trip. We were having a very difficult time and tried on so many shows but Amanda was so incredibly helpful! She was so patient with us and gave us so many options to choose from. We finally found a pair and were so thankful to Amanda!

Has everything western from boots to jeans and more can even stretch your hat if its tight but a little expensive

Rude staff here. Who ever the GM is needs to train staff or find better leadership. This store doesn't care for its customers. Stick to the store on Redlands Blvd or Tecovas in Rancho.

The store itself is really big and nice BUT the costumer service is a giant FAIL. They all have attitudes, nobody's ever at the cash register to check out, they'll leave you standing there for over 10 mins, the girls that work there just walk around instead of asking if you need help they'll just look at you and continue ignoring you. To be honest the whole stores vibe isn't welcoming it makes you want to just leave. I wanted to like the place since it was new and I've been to many boot barns I wanted to see how this one was I've gone three times hoping it was just the days I went that weren't good days for these workers...wrong this one is the absolute worst if your needing help or doing a return/exchange don't waste your time going here. Don't get me started on the manager Maria or whatever her name was she's rude and always has an attitude with her workers or her costumers...

Don't know if they're prejudice or they just don't have very nice staff but it is a Very nice Boot barn, huge like the ones in Texas. However customer service was poor. Only greeting we got was the one in the store by one of the guys but with the amount of employees around the store and passing next to us - no greeting or asked if we needed help after almost an hour of being in there. Not the same experience as other boot barns or maybe you just won't get a greeting if you're dressed like you can't afford anything there lol

The manager or whatever she is, her name is Nancy doesn't know how to process a return she looked clueless, also her associate Amber was clueless too. The store manager has to be better at training these employees or should switch store managers. Nancy was really rude and didn't greet me.

0 stars, worst location. The female manager has no clue how to make a return & has no intentions of training the employees properly to make returns as well nor to even check a customer out. The cashiers are extremely clueless & had to keep asking the female manager for help. My husband asked to use his union discount & the cashier we had (who looks like she rolled out of bed) told him he couldn't use it because the store doesn't have the union barcodes. Also, the other cashier who is a blonde white female asked us to give her our bag of our return before we could walk around the store to find an item of exchange. Someone needs to properly train these employees or find employees who are better.

Waited 2 months for and order because they had a problem on their side, with the shipping, called and never recieved a call back. So I went to the store and Andrew helped me out and he said that they jad a problem and that the boots would be shipped to the store this is about a month and a half after I ordered them. I recieved a call on the 1/26. I was then sent email for a redund of the boots, so I called and the manager lady was sooo rude but she sure didnt like it when I spoke to her the way she did she said my boots where returned on 1/29 and I couldnt get them anymore. They couldn't wait a 2 DAYS for me to pick them up. Wich they stated they were canceled on a sunday and I called on monday and the boots are gone. Very disappointed in the ship to store and the manager lady that wouldnt let me speak. I also asked her when would andrew br in store or have him call me and she said she didnt know.
