Amazing service Liz was great she did a wonderful job on my hair was able to get me lighter and I love it nothing but compliments and I referred her to several friends she know exactly what she is doing and great conversation with her Love her work and highly recommend her

I happen to stop here at random since I was in the shopping center. Not once was I greeted there was many employees one was a manager I heard her tell them thank you for unpacking stuff (store was a mess) but even when she literally got in my way couldn't even say excuse me. Then I went to ask a question to one of the employees about a product and she looked at me like with a blank stare and said oh yeah I think we have that but did not offer to help me find it. Point of the story won't be back at this location again, service sucks.

Managers here are useless. Workers are not even competent enough to find a vehicle that's PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE. Worker claimed she couldn't find my vehicle yet they ask to provide a phone number in case this happens.

Made a salon appointment well in advance. shut up to my appointment a few minutes early just to check stood waiting to be checked in for almost 15 minutes for them to tell me that my appointment was canceled. I wasn't even on the books. They stated that they left me a message which I never received on my phone showed them proof of that and normally I get text messages for confirmation, and I never received that unprofessional and I will never book an appointment ever again.

Men Beware..... I am getting older but don't want my face to look older. Went in to get someting for spots on my face. I am guessing there called liver spots? Meet a very nice girl and she sold me three products from Tula. Never heard of it but it must be good as it cost me almost $200. I used this stuff religiously for about 6 weeks but didn't see any difference. Nothing. So, I went back. meet another very nice girl. Explain my concern. "Not sure why she would sell you those products. she must have been from Ultra". what, so I wasted $200? the face cleaner ($34) is OK but the other two will not get your the results you are looking for. So I spent another $62.00 on yet another product from Clinique. So i'm at just over $250.00 At least I have heard of Clinique. We'll se :0

I came in looking for a new skincare routine. The associate Hannah was the sweetest ever!! She was very attentive and listened well to my skin problems. She recommended a few products that I genuinely see a difference in my skin after I've been using them for 2-3 weeks. I wanted to write this review to thank Hannah for her kindness and amazing customer service!!

I came into the store and they are beyond rude!! I came in a few weeks ago, and had some time to kill, so I was walking around taking my time, pretty much looking at everything, and as soon as I walked in, was followed as if I was stealing. I felt so uncomfortable that I just ended up leaving. Every corner I was at, the lady was standing right there! I came in yesterday and knew exactly what I needed.. I learned my lesson. Went to check out and the cashier, Hannah, was soo rude. I stood in line and she seemed so annoyed that she had to ring me up. No greeting or anything just immediately asked for my number. She turned around and began a whole conversation with the girls behind her, completely ignoring me. I said excuse me 3 times for me to use my coupon, and she just turned around and just said push the red x. Then she scanned my coupon, turned around and continued her conversation. As soon as I was done I just grabbed my bag and left. Not asking for a full conversation, but a little pleasantry in a retail store would be nice.

Its hit or miss with workers, but the store is always out of everything, they are never well stocked. I don't know if people steal from here so they keep it that way, but if you are looking to stock up on your favorites I guarantee you they don't have it, you might fine one thing on your list, year round its the same deal.

Sarilyn, lead cashier, would not stop talking about movies with a customer. There was a whole line and no one was helping at the cash register All the workers inside were unhelpful and chatting away.

I went to the salon for highlights and mind you, walk -in without an appointment, honestly unaware they had a salon in the back. Liz took my sorry hair and transformed it with beautiful highlights and took the time to style it, I left feeling so happy on cloud 9! I'll definitely be back, happy birthday Liz!!!

Today I went in to exchange some items and the cashier Alyssa was just plain rude , blank face not even helpful and she seemed to be giving attitude . Didn't offer store to door for an item I was looking for . Alyssa if you read this , please do better or at least become an overnight stock employee so we don't have to see your blank face and bad customer service . So sad because the other girls are wonderful !!

Today I went in to return something g for personal reasons nothing bad. And I wanted to try new shampoo but while I was at the checkout SERILYN told me for my hair I would use something else. So she went to the shampoo isle and gave me the recommendation of good shampoo not just the most popular.

I've been here plenty of times but today was the worst experience I've had here. The cashier Rajani was extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. I watched her not only be rude to me when checking out but to 3 other customers as well that were ahead of me. You can tell she hates her job
