Worst service bought a Optima battery and took it in for service was told no receipt no device. They wouldn’t even try to look it up I offered my info and tel number no attempt made. Don’t waste your money they will be of no help when trying to warranty products later. $300 down the drain. Went somewhere else and even though I didn’t buy it from them they used the date code for the battery to warranty it.

Bought a Optima red top battery from them and it didn't take a charge. I took it to them and they wanted a copy of the receipt. I gave them my info bu they wouldn't even bother to look it up. There is a date code on the battery and when I purchased it they said it's a 3 year warranty. No service was offered at all. $300 down the drain these people have no customer service at all. I won't be buying any more batteries from there. Buyer beware they will charge top dollar but won't be there for warranty. "Take your hard earned money somewhere else"....

I had a hard time over the phone with their receptionist. She would not divulge information about what selection of battery cables they had available, and had such an adversarial interrogatory attitude that she should be a deposition lawyer, not a receptionist.

This place was on point! The prices were fair, and customer service was excellent. I brought my battery cores with me and a employee helped me bring them in. I was asked what type of hauling I do and a recommendation was made for my specific application and use. I will be sharing this place with all my friends and family. Batteries come with a warranty so it’s a No Brainer.

This company is terrible. They are overpriced and when I realized I could get batteries way cheaper at Costco, I tried to return them but was told that they can only give me weight per pound and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Don't waste your time or money.

I just went and got a new battery from this place I found on Yelp, Karen was very nice and helpful. When I got there and went to the counter Chris was working and he was very knowledgeable about all the different batteries that I needed, also the great thing is that they are priced very reasonable less the any auto parts place that I called I would recommend battery systems to any one who needs a battery.
