Desiree!!! You are the best!!! Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had in the store today. I had a not so great experience with on line shopping and FedEx ruining Christmas. Desiree was wonderful. She took the time to listen and make the situation right. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Horrible experience the staff there is rude. They close the store at 8pm my wife got there at 7:50pm and they had the doors closed and wouldn’t let anyone in.

Jennifer was the most disrespectful pretentious individual, she was snooping in our baskets and calling people names. she has very bad manners, she didn’t say excuse me and just shove my shoulder i almost dropped all my stuff and fell into the candles. and on top of all of that i hear her bickering with costumers at the register, keep in mind this costumer was so sweet, i work in retail so for her to be calling customers names directly to their face is insane! as a manager, are kidding ?

I came in to exchange some candles from separate pickup orders cuz I blind bought them and didn’t end up liking them. Idk what the cashier did, but she made the whole transaction more complicated than it should have been :/ I grabbed two 3-wick candles to evenly exchange for the other two wicks and I grabbed a single wick candle to evenly exchange for the other single wick i brought. Simple enough, it should’ve been evenly exchanged and I could’ve purchased my other stuff separately. But idk what she did where she ran them all as full returns cuz it would’ve been “cheaper” for me, and then scanned up everything together as a whole new purchase. At first it made sense to me, but as I looked at my return credit in my emails and then at my receipt and did my calculations, it did not in fact come out cheaper for me. She failed to see I had actually gotten a discount for the candles I was returning. So I was essentially being refunded about 11.96 for my two 3-wick candles and then being charged 13.95 for each when doing the new, “cheaper” purchase. I paid a good five-six dollars more by doing that whole process. I don’t wanna waste gas driving back, but I won’t be coming to this location anymore :/

Today my girlfriend and I visited this location right before they closed, and Maria was so helpful amd patient with us. I decided to sign up to be a rewards member on the spot, she told me about all of the current deals, went to the backroom to look for items for us, and even went out of her way to get us gift bags & bows for our purchases. I have been to this location numerous times and EVERYONE seems to be very kind and helpful, and I like this location a lot because it is a lot more peaceful, compared to Mall Locations. I wish I knew others names as well to thank everyone, but I definitely had to get Maria's name today because of the extraordinary customer service she gave us today. We'll be back soon. :-)

Good thing I already knew what I was looking for when I came in. I understand that I was probably one of the first shoppers in here for the day. I did come a little after opening. it would have been nice to have been greeted at all. It would have been nice to said Hi to even. Nope, none of that. I was looking for a quick gift in the men's area. I stood there for a while smelling each of the different scents. I saw an employee there who was stocking some items just next to the men's products. She looked at me at least twice, scoffed as though I was in her way and then kinda went on doing what she had been. Hmm, Ohhhh kaaayyyyy! Let me get outta your way and never come back. I feel like that'd be the most convenient for ya. I was not made to feel welcome or appreciated. Boooo! The good things:At least I was able to find what I needed and was able to get outta there easily. The store was able to honor my wanting to redeem bath and body works promotions. Parking is in the plaza lot, complimentary.

The people that work here are very sweet and helpful. I always find something I want to buy. I always come by when I have a coupon or special sale. The store is organized and clean. It’s normally not too busy and you can always get hope when you need it.
