Merrel Smog is a great place to bring your vehicle. I’ve been taking my truck here for years—my dad brings his truck, and we also bring our business van and my wife’s car for oil changes, brake jobs, and smog checks.
They always do the right thing. We had a small issue once where a seal got damaged during a repair—not a big deal—and they took care of it right away with honesty and professionalism.
As a business owner myself, I know how hard it can be to run a company and still do things the right way. I really appreciate that there are shops like Merrel Smog Check & Repair that operate with integrity. Highly recommend!”

“I took my car here 3 months ago for an alignment. It was easy to make an appointment and once I was there, they were quick and efficient. The customer service was great by the gentleman at the counter. Unfortunately, I got into an accident and hit a couple of coyotes at once a couple of weeks ago. I thought I'd better bring the car back in case the alignment was off. Brake Masters was so friendly and accommodating. Although, it was 3 months ago when I first came in, I spoke to Josue on the phone and he said they'd check the alignment for me and do any service for the car if necessary and to just come on in. That eased my mind and a couple of days later, I arrived. Josue and the other gentleman (who helped me previously at my first visit) welcomed me and made sure I was taken care of. They are very friendly and so helpful there at Brake Masters and have great customer service. Thanks to them my car is good again and back on the road!”

“Got got one of my tire flat so I went there on Monday this week. The staff is are soooooo nice and professional. The woman with headphones has good temper, she explained everything kindly even though I knew nothing about cars. And the worker changed the tire as fast as you could imagine, I didn’t even realize it was done in such a short time so I walked around till they call me again. Definitely will come back later!!”

“Thank the guys at Aarow Muffler, Brakes & Automotive for their advice on my 2017 1500 Silverado. My vehicle had a check engine light, took to dealer & they told me that I had to replace the catalytic converter at a $4000 +. The guys here at Muffler shop to me that my vehicle was still under the Federal warranty coverage. I looked it up and it said 8 yrs/ 80,000 mile (my vehicle had 72100 miles). Needless to say the dealer is going to take care of it.
They might have lost a sale, but they gain a customer for future automotive repairs!”

“I would definitely recommend American tire depot I went to another tire place. They told me that my tire was dangerous to drive on and that it was falling apart so I told them that I have a warranty on these tires and I went back to American tire depot and they told me all that was wrong with it that I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it And check my tires. The employees are very honest, and professional definitely would go there again.”
