Inhuman service my 4 year old needed to use the restroom urgently and the guy couldn’t make an exception seeing my little boy struggling to hold it! Sometimes humanity goes a long way! Never coming here again

Convenient location and usually pretty quick when paid at the pump itself.Going inside is more time consuming and the clerk's seem a little distant and unenthusiastic. It's A very busy location at times and obtaining a receipt outside at the pumps is a hit or miss as far as receipt paper being available. The prices are better comparatively then other nearby stations.

Went to go get full tank gas Friday night, I didn’t get a receipt. I just Went to go check my bank account and they charged me twice the amount! It was a little over $100!!! I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it since I used my debit card in the machine outside. Then hung up on me. Very rude and not accommodating at all. That could’ve been 2-3 weeks worth of gas. Other Arco’s are decently good, but def not this one.There’s really nothing that I could do about it bc first I didn’t get a receipt, and second the people there aren’t trying to help.
