This is not the first time this has happened I wanted to give them another try and once again very disappointed seems like they need to hire more employees! You guys are clearly over booking appointments that one person can’t handle worst part of all the lady that cuts hair would talk so much while working that it’s clearly slowing her down you have people waiting for their “appointments “ meanwhile she’s more worried about gossiping with her comadre very unprofessional never again! I highly recommend this place Rocio did a great job on my Keratin treatment on my hair I it. She alway recommends the best hair color for my hair. I'm very happy with her service

I came in with black hair and wanted to do a medium brown with face framing highlights! Roció was sweet and took her time! She basically had to strip the black dye with bleach! And she did sections at a time to avoid over processing! She really took her time with me and didn't rush me out of there, a 5-6 hour job and I feel like my hair is still healthy and soft! Definitely recommend her 1000%. Liz was also there as an assistant and she was also very sweet and took her time untangling my hair which I appreciated:) Roció tomó su tiempo en mi pelo. Yo llegue con pelo negro y quería cambiar a un color café mediano con luzes que definieran la cara. Roció tuvo que quitar el negro usando bleach y se tomó su tiempo cuidadosamente para que mi pelo no se maltratara. Mi pelo quedo saludable y me encanto. Definitivamente la recomiendo a Roció 1000%.! Ty did my sons LJ's hair today for a retwist and it looked a hot mess!! Wasn't twisted at the ends .frizzy it was awful! 70 plus a tip of hard earned money gone down the drain!!! This place was recommended and never again I will tell everyone I know not to go there or use her!! My friend Miriam said she would call the owner to show her the pics I'm too embarrassed to even post them. Hes 18 and didn't speak up to let her know the twists looked like that!! Dont go here!!! Dont use Ty Periodt

Warning do not come to this place, I used to get my hair cuts here but I found out that the owner mistreat her workers and spies on the customers through the cameras, she was not following the COVID-19 rules and was open when she was supposes to be closed, I will never return to this place.

I do not recommend this place! If I could given a 0 star I would. I had a hair appointment today (05/01/2021) at 2:00pm, I was happy to get my hair done. I showed up 20 minutes prior to my appointment to avoid traffic when I walked in at 1:59pm I told one of the Hair Stylists I had a hair appointment at 2:00pm with Marina. She went to look for her and a young lady came to the front desk and said " we tried calling you several times to cancel your appointment." I didn't receive a called, but yet I received a text messages Friday (4/30/2021) confirming my hair appointment, I was so upset and disappointed with how unprofessional they were. Unless your looking to possibly waste your time when you've booked an appointment. Then this might just be the place for you. The Hair Studio you have lost a customer and a couple of others one too. I'm sorry but customer service for me should always be priority!!

Hair Studio never fails me! I've been coming here since this salon opened. But today, Valerie nailed it with my Ash Blonde Fine Highlights. I always go with warm colors. Nevertheless, I am glad that today i took a leap. I highly recommend this professional hair salon.
