Walking into the store they were rude from the start, getting dirty stares from the manager and she kept following me and my family. What's the point of having the app if you can't use it. If the app could check you in then why can't I use it Inside? Worse experience I have ever doubt with, very disappointing.

I came to this store to use a promotion on my app, only to be shown some small printed sign on the glass that says they don't scan apps. This store is on the app location finder, I am able to check into this store from the app, but the cashier said the manager doesn't allow customers to use the app. Something doesn't make sense.

The manager is a annoying guide to buy a frozen drink and a canned Coca-Cola because she grabbed the soda can from the top of the refrigerator I dropped the glass with the frozen drink the lid broke she was charging someone else and I only heard that they laughed because of my accident when I was throwing the broken lid into the trash can and grabbing a new lid. She turned to me very angry ? and told me that I had to tell her that I lost my drink, I told her that I was going to do it and he made a bad face at me

KARLA should not be working here. There are several other bad reviews about her. She cursed "Hija de la Ch****da" at me when I had a simple question , I talked to TONY the manager but he seemed dismissive and could care less. You're better off going to the stations across the streets better costumer service and more affordable.

Had the worst experience ever DO NOT COME HEREnever the type of person to write reviews but this deserves iton 08/14 I came to put gas at this location $28 on 5took me about 15 min to open my gas tank because my car wasn't working, I removed the pump and proceeded as I normally would to pump but it wasn't working, I thought maybe because I took too long to pick it upI went to tell the workers they said I had already pumped $16 of it that I could only get my changed back ($12)3 witnesses telling them I never put any gas at allmanager was on the phone with them I was never able to speak to anyone and the manager told them all I could do is get my $12All I wanted was my $28 in gasI never poured ANY in my tank and not that it's anyone's business but it hurts when its your last moneyTERRRRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE and the girl with the messed up eyeliner was getting a kick out of it. I hope this business gets what it deserves. Trash service

Gabby was about to clean the restroom. She was barely putting the sign on the door. I asked "May I please use the restroom before you clean it?"Gabby : "No I really need to clean it now"I asked : "did you already start to clean it?"Knowing she just put the sign on the door and so there was no way she had started cleaningGabby: "yes" I asked: why did you start cleaning without the sign up. Obviously you have another restroom for employees why can't I use that one? Gabby: you can go ask Starbucks to use their restroom I responded: I just filled up my tank here and don't want to spend money at Starbucks She was very rude about the whole process. Needs to grow up and be more empathetic. Probably the reason she is the one cleaning the restrooms is because of her "shitty" attitude. Management if you see this the time is 9:50am on a Tuesday. Shouldn't the bathroom be open and cleaned already? Lastly, GABBY looked tired and very unkempt, she should get some sleep and try a little harder for a professional appearance

Would’ve given a zero but not an option. Came here tonight before 10:00 pm and they closed it for 30 min to do a shift change! The gas pumps were not working either! People were going to the door to pay cash and walking away. They are losing business doing this. Never seen this at any other am pm.

Worker named “Karla” was very rude i had got a fake bill from starbucks and i didnt know that it was fake untill i went to the register to pump gas and she said “give me the bill because its fake and i have to report it or im gonna have to call the police” so she ended up calling the police and i had put $35 of gas so since the $10 was fake she kept $25 and didnt wanna give it back to me untill police came but she way very aggressive when talking. I do not recommend you visit this gas station!

The only time I've felt good about going to this station is when the 3 young girls work here. I just went n the store & came out empty handed because the cashier wanted to sell me a cup of ice, when i said i have my own cup she wanted to sell me the ice. That's a good way to loose customers!

The car wash was the worst car wash experience i have had. There was nothing to scrub your car there was barely any soap would not recommend washing your car here:(

Did anyone else have a problem with pump 9 on Saturday 03/19/2022!? I came in on this day to pump gas since I was really low & was charged $59.74. When I turned on my car the gage did not go up as it usually does, but I just thought it was my car gage that broke since it was reading on the machine that it was taking my money and supposedly providing gas. I went in the following day and one of the girls (younger) was nice she took down my information to pass on to the manager (Tony) the older lady was rude couldn’t care less she just washed her hands and said I needed to tell the manager. I called to speak to Tony and he said no one had problems on pump 9 and that he would check and give me a call back that was yesterday and I have not heard back from him. So please if anyone had a similar problem please contact me. I wouldn’t be making such a fuss if first I would have received the gas that I paid for. Gas is to expensive right now for this.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Lady at the counter is clearly miserable. My cousin was still at the stand getting his slurpee so my mom let the lady know there was gonna be one more slurpee and the lady rolled her eyes to the point where they were gonna fall out. And then I payed with Apple Pay and we grabbed our stuff and we’re already out the door when she started slamming everything and screaming and we went back and she was still screaming so we left slurpees there and didn’t get anything. WORST AMPM EVER WHOEVER THEY HAD WORKING OCTOBER 24TH around 2:30-3.00pm needs to work in the back unboxing or something because she doesn’t need to be around others with that attitude.

This ampm is the worst. I think the water down their ketchup and mustard. Also their fountain drinks are flat.
