The Arab lady (one of the owners of this store) that works the front cashier and does the job of 20 employees needs to take a crash course on how to treat customers. A few months back I refused to purchase old watered down bad tasting coffee that I had poured into a cup. I took a sip of it and it tasted terribly bad. It seemed like it had not been switched out for days. She was the only employee working around 8:00 a.m. and there were several customers in line. This lady told me to never come back to this Fontana AMPM location because I refused to purchase a water down bad tasting product that had not been switched. Once I mentioned that the store needed to hire more employees to help her to do other things such as replace the coffee she gave me a rant that this is not going to happen unless I pay for additional employee salary. Horrible customer service at this location beware

I went last night ajay looked like he was training another employee . There was a long line of customers I get it but ajay had horrible customer service.he had a attitude. A homeless lady came in for pads and he gave her a attitude as well he gave her the total she paid and got a bag.When I came up to the register I handed my chips and a single beer ajay rang it up and I gave him my dob for the beer . Repeated the year and he's giving me rude attitude I'm confused like what ? Now he's asking what number I'm confused he says again what number now I'm d*** founded like what are u talking about he says gas with attitude. I say to ajay I never asked for gas I'm just purchasing the items on the counter and he gives me a stare . I had enough told him I get it but that's not how u give customer service his customer service was awful he needs to lose the attitude. At this point it pist me off cause he was training another employee so I told the trainnee don't pick up his bad habits asked for management and his name wouldn't give me contact info to make a complaint. Very disappointed with this unprofessionalism. I'm a manager myself and worked in customer service before so I get it when it gets busy but he needs to great customers better . Carlos is the manager from what ajay says I will stop by today to speak to him . Don't recommend this place .

Used to get my coffee here because everywhere else is closed. Now the new guy s as usual no coffee until 4am. I start my day earlier than that. Oh well guess I go across the street for now on. Bye

The drinks are super cold! The employees are super nice! The lot is super clean! This place is safe, and good.

Cheapest gas I could find, but Place was crowded AF! (So be prepared to wait) Employees were friendly inside was ok. Now the outside was in desperate need of a cleaning.

It's cheap fuel and it gets crowded most days. The clerk's inside tend to not be personable but they do their job. If you need gas, they'll do it for you but that's about all.
