I walked into the store and walked right out without purchasing anything. A few days later I went back in to get a soda and the dumb lady started yelling accusing me of stealing from her store. She showed me a picture of myself walking in. That dumb lady needs to look at her cameras and see I didn't take anything. I'm not a theif. She shouldn't be accusing people of doing things they didn't. It was disgusting behavior on her part. I have never experienced such behavior in my life.

Restrooms are always out of service!! Cashiers are always mad. Don't greet the customers.

Wow apparently this bathroom has been out of service for almost a month now. This restroom is not out of service it's the lazy workers that don't want to clean it!!! No way 3 different ampm bathrooms in 2 different cities are out of service. They are closing bathrooms for customers. But it's ok ampm missed out on about $100 this time for having their bathrooms closed.

I am so sick and tired of them using the "out of service" as an excuse for not letting people use the restroom.I am a gig driver and I spend a lot on gas, drinks and snacks. I will not be coming back here. It is 11:30 at night so many fast food close the dining area.Plus this is a franchise on Monday I will be calling the main office.$600 a week I spend on gas alone.I will never buy here again.

I dropped a bill *$100* for gas and they wanted me to pay .27c to put ice in my own cup. 100+ degree weather and we are charging ppl for ice. I have lost faith in business owners.....

My friend bought a soda before us and went back in line for more sodas he forgot. I held the first soda for him and the cashier wanted to charge my friend for the soda again. He didn’t give my friend a receipt for the first transaction and didn’t even give me a receipt for my purchases. Made a big fuss and had to call up his manager to look back on past receipts.

Bought a soda and he gave me no receipt, then let my friends buy their things before I bought 3 more sodas and the cashier (a trainee) caused a commotion and accused me of not paying for the soda that I just paid for

MY HUSBAND WAS RACIALLY PROFILED AT THIS AMPM! We walked in this establishment and immediately noticed this woman was staring at us. We grabbed our items and this woman was still staring. She then proceeded to ask my husband if he had put anything in his pockets!!!!! My husband is the manager of a grocery store and was dressed in his professional work attire! There was absolutely no reason for the woman to ask if he had stolen anything at all. When we began asking questions of names and the name of the store managers we were lied to and told no names would be provided. The man in the photo was trying to defend the lady saying we had to leave the store!! There was no reason for us to get questioned!! They were VERY rude to us and the lady told me that she didn't care of my concerns. She slammed her office door in our faces. So instead of getting their names we have their faces instead. WE WILL NOT LET THIS BE IGNORED !!

Not returning to this establishment ever again!!! The man that works in the counter, middle aged man. Stocky man with grayish hair. He humiliated me in front of everyone. It was basically over my $20 bill (for lottery) and then some gas and cash back from my card. Then he was like "why give me $20 if you needed cash back $40" then he was laughing so hard. I justified saying that "I needed some change last minute". He made me feel stupid and dumb. I will never come back here ever again! I've been coming here for 9 years since moving here. Whoever is managing this place needs to keep this guy in check.

Worst am pm ever always closed from 3 am to 430 am. all while the same lazy lady sits in her car listening to loud music claiming she's o break . Never seen am pm that's always closed so much for 24/7

Same lazy girl every morning stays in her car listening to loud music but never opens the store just sits in her car being lazy so store closed from 3 am till 430 am . everyday she's there she literally closes store to sit in her car for hours tought am pm was 25 hour store .not with her there never open

Are ALL Arco(s) not letting people in their restroom? For some reason, all arcos that i have been to. Their restroom is not working! I buy food and gas and i work as a Lyft driver. I need to leak sometime. And yet these Arcos or AM/PM has broken restroom. I asked them, where do you go. And all the answer that i get is in the back. And no "sorry for your inconvenience". As if they're lying about it. And i am supposed to believe it where employees are not being taking care of by having all these restrooms are not available.

Gas prices are great , but you need to have cash to benefit from that ... it's... more with credit card purchases & debit cards. The worse part is there's always someone there begging for your cash , always some kind of hustle.... the employees seem helpless & the Bathroom is always out of service.... They have promotions but the staff need to be trained how to work the register for promotions.... Ya'll need to get yourself together !!!!!
