I used this service as a benefit from the Auto club when my car broke down. The driver arrived within 10 minutes from dispatch and came to my rescue. Driver Juan was very kind and courteous as he carefully loaded my vehicle on the flatbed. He was able to address all my towing concerns which helped very well in this stressful situation. I am grateful for the service. It really helps a lot to be nice to everyone.

I am so happy that I canceled the first tow truck because the driver I got the second time he was cool. He even told me what was wrong with my car and I was thinking that it was something that was very very bad that was gonna be very expensive.
