Evelyn is great! Very good customer service. I was in need of a policy immediately, as I bought a car and didn't want to drive without it. It was close to the end of the day, but Evelyn went above and beyond to get me insured. I highly recommend using Evelyn.

I arrived at this Fontana office almost 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close and I was gladly welcomed and seen right away. Cathy was my specialist that night and she went above and beyond my expectations! She was super helpful, kind, and got everything I needed done right away. Very very unprofessional. I have 2 vehicles here and they didn’t set one auto pay, so they told me I have to pay a lot for the delay. When I want to stop the other vehicle’s insurance, they asked me a new insurance card, or if they will not stop it. So crazy ha~

I have my car insurance policy with Adriana’s Insurance. I was having issues with my policy and was helped by one of the most wonderful agents that establishment has to offer. Her name is Wendy Delgado, and she was helpful in every aspect of every way. She provided exceptional customer service and I highly recommend anyone to Adriana’s Insurance.
