My mother bought a circular couch from this company and the quality is very disappointing. One of the recliners would spontaneously pop up at the slightest unintentional trigger in a way that was hazardous. The black cloth used underneath the couch decayed into a fine black dust that resulted in us wearing masks to carefully remove and dispose of this element.

I bought a reclining couch from these people and it started falling apart within 4 months of purchase. The reclining handles fell off, the fabric started pulling away from the seams. I tried to contact them about the warranty because hey maybe it's just this one faulty unit. No response after a month of calling and sending emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

We purchased a beautiful leather sectional 6 years ago now and of course the springs in th cushions started to go bad at around 5-1/2 year old. Their warrenty is only for 5 years and of course there was nothing that they could do.

I purchased the Andrew Sofa Bed, Queen, Brown in 2013. It is a bonded leather sofa that desentegrated within 2 years of purchase. The leather cracked and peeled. We had the seat cushions covered when they started to crack but now we have to do the whole sofa. It appears it is no longer available from AC Pacfic and the poor bonding process may be the reason. This is a defective product. Unfortunately, I can't get help from AC Pacific because the warranty is for 1 year only.

king size mattress bought nov2017 put in garbage 6 wks later, seems a 210LB guy will form that mattress into a hotdog bun shape, so called memory foam wont hold up.

Called multiple times over the course of a week regarding a warranty claim. The warranty person was never available and failed to return my messages. Finally got in touch three weeks in, and I'm given the runaround. I have to contact the company I purchased from and have them do a warranty claim on my behalf.

Finally got in touch three weeks in, and I'm given the runaround. I now have to contact the seller and have them do a warranty claim on my behalf. It took so long that my warranty expired. Do not do business with AC Pacific.
