My son used ABS after his car accident, they did amazing work, so I decided to take my car in. They have great customer service and the work they did on my car was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

ABS has been AMAZING TO ME! My car was rear ended in Lake Havasu AZ. It was a malfunction with the fuel pump(dealers problem) and we were waiting for a tow until a teenager came behind us and plowed into our car ( we saw it happen and were not in the car thankfully ). I contacted my friend immediately because I’ve never had a car damaged so badly my estimate is $26,000 and my car value is $ 45,000 Insurance kept mentioning totaling my BULLITT MUSTANG CAR 3600 and they only made 3636 of them!!! It’s a one of a kind car! Thankfully we were able to have insurance understand our car value is much more then an average 5.0. We also only owner it for 4 months!!!! Garage kept car! The shop owner is amazing! He assured us it is repairable. Accident happen 7/7/24 my car was in the shop immediately when we were able to have released from tow yard and went straight to collision center on 7/20) my car is now almost done. They were able to fix the frame damage, the whole trunk deck, everything! Including a paint match to its specific Green Bullitt for my car. The lady in the office is amazing. She’s actually really sweet and ON THE BALL! She’s there to make sure you as a customer are not getting ripped off by your insurance company! She’s been nothing but amazing and giving me amazing advice. Overall a great shop! Great team! And family owned! Definitely number one in the IE!
I should have my car by the end of the month. I’m super excited

ABS Collision took in my timeless truck for repairs when others gave excuses to complete the tasks. Yes they may take a little longer but the final work is satisfying. The owner, office staff and work crew where all knowledgeable, professional and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this fine establishment. It is the best service we have received, I highly recommend it, they left my car like new and the customer service is top quality, all the people who work there treated me with great kindness and patience, always willing to help, and the best They helped me with the whole insurance mess by giving me all the information that we often don't know about our rights as clients. ABS Collision Center is an excellent shop to fix your vehicle. Our vehicle was in their shop for almost 10 months but we were notified of what was going on with parts. We waited patiently!!! An insurance agent went to inspect our vehicle, all he/she said was, "a total loss". ABSCC saw that our vehicle was repairable so they fought to fix it. We've learned their customers/clients are their priorities. With that been said, we thank you and appreciate you ABSCC for all the great services you've provided to get our vehicle fixed. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had!! My car has been at the shop since august 14 2022!!! The first excuse was parts one back order but once they confirmed that all parts were in it’s been 2 more months of excuses. Took my truck in after a rear end accident. I wasn't sure what to expect but wow she came out beautiful, being in the automotive industry my standards are high and they nailed it. Great job guys definitely recommend. Talk to Micheal cool dude.
