Thank the guys at Aarow Muffler, Brakes & Automotive for their advice on my 2017 1500 Silverado. My vehicle had a check engine light, took to dealer & they told me that I had to replace the catalytic converter at a $4000 +. The guys here at Muffler shop to me that my vehicle was still under the Federal warranty coverage. I looked it up and it said 8 yrs/ 80,000 mile (my vehicle had 72100 miles). Needless to say the dealer is going to take care of it.
They might have lost a sale, but they gain a customer for future automotive repairs!

Transparent & straightforward. I've had both catalyctics on my Honda pilot replaced here & have had no problems. I dislike mechanics in general, but this is one of two shops I don't hesitate to come to.

My experience was over the phone one of the workers when I asked for Kurt he wasn't there he'd be out but he wasn't convincing and trying to give me to come in to have my car service needless to say I end up somewhere else and I wasn't happy there either

I have a ford f-150 that was having a ticking noise from the engine compartment and they diagnosed it for me and told me what it was and how much it would be and how long the repair would take and they definitely exceeded my expectations! I originally expected to pay a lot more but for it came out to roughly $1,850.00 and I was without a vehicle for about a week and a half which was much sooner than I expected to get it back! They do follow up calls and they tell you about every step they took and they truly care about the customer and the service they provide to them! If I ever have any engine issues I'm definitely bringing it here and telling my fellow companions if they need a mechanic that is very quick and does very good quality work and also very affordable!

Kurk guy wants to charge for everything he said a price first then changed it just because he brought out something else like if he didn't just see it and told me a price. I came back from riverside to him just for him to charge me more for something he missed and also to bring something else out I don't recommend unless it's an emergency. Also I asked to use the restroom and the dude inside gave me an attitude and mumbled then proceeded to ask me if I was going to "blow it up" ? Restroom was dirty anyway and no paper idk why he was so pressed about me trying to pee. Rude people, all three Caucasian guys there had an attitude for no reason.
