Wow! Only three evidently valid, negative reviews? We're surprised there aren't more, FAR more. Our experience with this entity seems to resonate the same message of others on this forum. In our situation, we were fortunate enough to avoid those unpleasant consumer issues others have been subjected to from the same rude behavior from this 2020 PC, prior to making a purchase. Terrible customer relations and, as others have commented and implied, RUDE. Via an online marketplace, we inquired about obtaining special pricing (their prices were substantially higher than the MSRP but, unfortunately, the only vendors with our product in stock). A representative responded, however, did not answer our question whether they would (or even hint at) provide any discounts off their highly inflated pricing, only advising us to phone them "on Monday" (it was late Friday afternoon, same time zone as these people). We phoned late Monday morning. When I identified myself to the business (2020 PC) representative answering the phone, referring to the initials used in our online marketplace inquiry, the 2020 PC representative asked 4 times incredulously, "that's your name?" (with long pauses in between). I explained and gave the telephone representative the name of the 2020 PC representative who advised us to phone, after which there was a long pause (background kitchen[?] noise could be heard) for at least a few minutes. After waiting during this long pause (we had assumed the female who had answered was attempting to get the male who replied to our initial online inquiry on the phone), I repeatedly said "Hello." After about the fourth time I said "hello" the representative rudely disconnected the phone call without so much as the courtesy of a warning. In subsequent attempts to reach this entity by phone, our calls would be received, with no greeting and then disconnected on each call, again, without the courtesy of a warning (or greeting). Very rude pre-sales customer service. If a vendor is going to act this unprofessionally prior to a sale, then those vendors, as with 2020 PC in this case, should be avoided to prevent future complications with possible purchases. From the initial phone conversation, and subsequent, obviously screened phone calls, we formed the strong impression this was a young male, female couple working from their kitchen table (background noises). Once more, we just consider ourselves one of the fortunate few who were able to avoid an unpleasant after-sales experience. Strongly recommend AVOIDING THIS RETAILER. Very rude, very unprofessional.

Thought I was getting a good deal, NOT SO MUCH! ordered 4 high end TV's, they arrived damaged and they have still yet to pick them up or issue a refund or anything. So far they have called me a liar and that I intentionally broke the TV's. This company is drop shipping and doesn't actually own any inventory. Which is fine if everything shows up ok. But if you have any issues, they will come up with any reason to deny a return. Had to get an attorney involved. I really held off posting a review to give them an opportunity to do the right thing, not so much. Just a terrible way to do business!

I purchased a printer online. They called me back and told me I had to pay $200 more for the ink cartridge. At that price I can buy it from anywhere. To top it off the customer service is horrible. I spoke with Mark Omid and he's a complete idiot. Worst experience ever. Don't order anything from here.

I do not recommend this seller. They have a nice price tag but it comes to a complete halt there. It seems to be a very small & unprofessional company. They are unorganized & give false information. The shipping takes forever, if they actually do ship the product out. They may have their good days but definitely not worth the risk.

DISHONEST !!! RUDE !!! Makes False Advertising. Stingy. I purchased a TV from this company. The TV was advertised $2400 w/free shipping and since our company is CA reseller I wanted to knock out taxes on the price since the TV purchase was for our customer in Nevada. 1st thing that went wrong is that the customer service rep. Mark Omidi (that is what he called himself) said there is no time to take taxes out, 2 minutes left until the end of his work day... we are talking about $2400 sale... OK. I made the purchase with taxes thinking I would call another day when there is more time. I placed the order. Waited the weekend, called on Monday asking to take taxes out and check on the order status. I was screamed on, statement was that taxes CAN be removed but now I have to pay shipping... How much? I asked. $75 and taxes removed... he said. I said OK, it is still not a good practice advertising free local shipping and then charging shipping because taxes waived. Then I got another reply from the guy stating that I HAVE to have a DOCK to unload the TV (50 lbs) and the shipping will be $175 already... I said "CANCEL the order". Next thing was I got bombarded with emails threatening with reporting to state board, cheating them with shipping charge, etc... this is word to word .......... "...You are very nice. How good do feel about cheating a reseller. I will notify your information to state board of Eq ( sales tax office ). I have all I need... You are not dishonest. Try to cheat us with shipping charge And sales tax......." .............. The grammar needs to be improved, but the idea is understandable. I have no idea how I cheated the poor guy with shipping charges and sales tax since I submitted copy of certificate and original printout of order where clearly black on white typed "Shipping: $0.00". The order was cancelled couple of hours later, however, the day was ruined, our customer that was notified about sale cancel was upset, These people are still in business making money by fooling others. Other complaints on the web saying similar things and PLUS, these people hide the real location address, advertising phony address for their business. STAY AWAY from these scam bags!!! That is really honest advise.

I ordered from a google ad advertising free shipping and when I placed the order they wanted to add $188 shipping. They said they were running low on inventory and would only sell if I pay shipping

I ordered a Lexmark X748DE multifunction color laser ($2057) on their website because they advertised free shipping and no tax. The total on my invoice was $2057. A few hours later, I received an email from them asking me to chat with them on the website as my order was "incomplete" The chat function on their website always appears to be offline so I called them the following morning. I was then told that they wanted to apply additional charges including a tax of $144. I agreed to the tax, but then they emailed me shortly thereafter about a "heavy weight handling fee" of $275. These additional charges would have increased my total by over 20% so I canceled my order. Also, the Fontana, CA address they list on their website is not their real address. That address is the address of a distribution center for Tech Data Corporation, a large national computer components distributor.
