Nepotism comes full circle, apart from not knowing the difference between a 4-channel amp and an integrated subwoofer she had me on hold for every one of my questions, price, time, availability, up until I questioned the install method.
Her responses where ????
“They do it how they are used to”
“We have to run new wire because if anything goes wrong we have to offer warranty”
“If you want you can install it yourself”

I had an amazing experience today at 1 Stop Audio (this is my first ever Google review), I was just pleasantly surprised.. Its sad to say, but its rare to get genuine help.. Maria was extremely kind and welcoming and the install technician was friendly and patient (teaching me how to use the equipment).Something that I thought was going to be an unpleasant hassle.. turned out way better than I expected.

Had a bad experience here. The lady in the front is so rude and when my interlock device was installed my car screen completely turned off and it’s been off since. When I talked to the lady in the front she said they have nothing to do with my radio but my car is new and this happen right after they installed the device smh just be careful when you put your car in their hands they don’t care about you only your money.

These guys are nuts. $400 to install 2 6x9 kappa speakers in a camaro. Tried to tell me it's hard to put the real panel back on. Shows they don't have experience.

I was going to have my sound equalized and they broke my logic, plus an amplifier so I could buy one from them. They told me that the amplifier I brought was not good for the speakers but it does count when I look at it at home, compare what they sold me and what they bought. I brought and mine was better

This place is a rip off they sell me a stereo for $300 which online it's $79 they hooked up my stereo amp and subwoofer all wrong they had the wires crossed they told me I had to get another amp because the amp I had was getting very hot so I purchased a black punk amp with the blue punk was a piece of s*** they sold it to me for $200 and the amp was 59$ everywhere else THEY ARE RIP OFFS WHEN I TOOK THE Blowpunk amp back they WOULDENT GIVE NE A REFUND I ARGUED WITH THEM SO THEY SAID THEY CAN ONLY GIVE NE 130$ the rest of the money was fir a restocking fee REALLY B****** I want all my money back they would only give me back 130$ WOW .. MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESSES OUT THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND WATCH IT OUT THERE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .
