My son went to the store today (8/27 @ 1:00 pm). The employees were smoking inside the store. They had something rude to say about every customer. My son was smart enough to leave and not give the store his money. There is no need to support a business who hires employees who are rude, provide horrible customer service and don't take care of their store or products

So a couple days ago i went in here looking for a gift for a guy i basically knew nothing about. I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely nicole who helped me for so long picking out different options, suggesting different items, and really just going above and beyond. I was definitely a difficult customer as we had to go through multiple items but she was so patient and helpful it made the shopping process so so easy and fun. I also want to give a shout-out to jude who helped me as well giving different pointers and picking pieces from different aesthetics, i really really appreciated both of their help and because of them i will be returning over and over again. really great experience and both of them need a raise immediately. if any spots in management open up they are two candidates i definitely think you should consider!!!

We walked in needing help building a skateboard for my daughter , Jude was exceptionally helpful ! He asked us some questions to determine what type of board and size for my daughter , he really was patient and educational. I don't know much about skating , he went above and beyond to help us make a good decision! And my daughter love her set up ! Thank you again Jude . five star customer service.

Jude was beyond helpful when we could not find the size 16 shoe's we needed, he went as far as ordering the size needed and it being sent to the house. Truly appreciate good customer service with a touch of compassion. Good job

Honestly just disappointed. Tried to return a jacket I got this month and didn't end up getting the return which was okay, but the guy working there didn't even know where his own product was, wasn't going to let me return it because they didn't have it"". Thankfully his coworker- knew where it was and said they had had it for a while. Although I was grateful that she knew what her own store sold. She lacked any sort of help and had an attitude. Just gonna shop at Arden from now on.

Amazing!! They were friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I live in Sacramento and drove up to Folsom to check on a certain item. We were blown away by how awesome they were. I will definitely take the drive again just for that service.

In on Sunday, 7/17. Staff was very helpful and patient. They seem to enjoy their jobs and their employer is lucky to have them. Just stopped in last second to see what they had. So tough to choose...got Naruto themed shirts for me and my son.

Customer service is SO HARD to find these days. From the moment we walked in to Zumies in Folsom, my daughter and I were instantly greeted and told what deals were going on. Blake helped us the entire time, grabbed her different sizes when things didn't fit, and gave great suggestions. I'll tell you what, even if she hadn't found anything in this store, I still would have purchased JUST because of the customer service.well f*cling done!!!! Also, my daughter got tons of stuff for back to school thanks to Blake. She's fitted out now.

Really good customer service. I've been here a few times and was helped by different salespeople each time. They were all patient and helpful with me. The store is well-maintained. My daughter always finds great clothes here. They have a couple brands that are a little too "much" for me to tolerate. I really don't need my 11yr old daughter to see "i love boobies" merchandise. At least this store doesn't have swear words on their shirts like the Roseville Galleria branch? Oh well. I'll still be coming back.
