Sam & Nicole were super helpful. We walked in when they were getting ready to close. Nicole helped my friend first & was super sweet! As i looked around I saw a ring I really liked & asked if I would still be able to make a purchase since they were closed by that time. Sam said yes & helped me find my ring size. I appreciate their warm welcome & helpfulness even after hours! You guys are amazing & made not only my first ring purchase but my first experience at Zales unforgettable!

Left the store a very HAPPY customer! The staff is very professional. Came in to pick up my online order for a necklace and Sam and Kacy (I hope I spelled his name correctly) were super helpful, friendly and accommodating in helping to fit the hooks of my necklace into the back of my (very difficult) pendant. They definitely went out of their ways so I wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks. I truly appreciated that. Love to finally have a beautiful necklace to go with my pendant. I will be back for future purchases!!

I would leave a 0 star if I could , I bought a ring on December 3rd , it was promised to come in before Christmas, I called a week after because it was ready to ship just hanging out at the warehouse , I ring is in the thousands and I couldn’t get here before Christmas. Called a week after the order to ask about its progress and my need for it to get at the time it was promised to me , called again 2 weeks before Christmas I was told my the lady with a huge laugh well you will have to have a late Christmas then , it’s estimated delivery was 12/28 it’s now 1/2 and I haven’t gotten it yet I will return the ring and will not shop again , with buying ringed there better places that would keep there word on delivery so I don’t RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ZALES

Amazing. Went in to get a wedding band a day before wedding day. I was helped by Kacy Jones. Who made my shopping experience an A+. Went back for a size adjustment and again Kacy was the to help with my order. All I can say is Amazing. Next time I need to make a jewelry purchase I'll be sure to find Kacy again. ??.
