“Kim was amazing!! my boyfriend has a really time finding pants that fit his due to his massive thighs and tiny waist. she took one look at him and came back in 2 seconds with pants that fit him perfectly! the. she took us to the section she got them from and explained the differences between the way the jeans stretch and how to keep them from shrinking or expanding in the washer and dryer. we loved her and i’m so happy he has pants that fit now!!”
“I love this store, the staff here is always welcoming and very helpful. They promptly get a dressing room ready and if anything is needed in another size or color they search and give options. They have great sales and a clearance section. I highly recommend this store I've been to others but Folsom has everyone beat in customer care!!”

“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”
“Terra Cottage is my favorite local store to shop in Folsom. I love their clothes and they are excellent quality! Affordable price too! Their staff are always friendly and helpful! Katie has always been attentive whenever I visit the store.I usually buy online and just do local pick up. I also love their special live sales on IG.I’ve met Janis, the owner during the Sip and Shop event and even if they were busy that day, she took good care of me and made sure I was able to try on the dresses I picked and check out was pretty quick too!She is very sweet!I also appreciate that I earn points every time I shop.Thank you Terra Cottage for wonderful customer service!”
“So a couple days ago i went in here looking for a gift for a guy i basically knew nothing about. I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely nicole who helped me for so long picking out different options, suggesting different items, and really just going above and beyond. I was definitely a difficult customer as we had to go through multiple items but she was so patient and helpful it made the shopping process so so easy and fun. I also want to give a shout-out to jude who helped me as well giving different pointers and picking pieces from different aesthetics, i really really appreciated both of their help and because of them i will be returning over and over again. really great experience and both of them need a raise immediately. if any spots in management open up they are two candidates i definitely think you should consider!!!”

“Hit the Folsom outlets this morning to find a dress for my wife. Volcom has some pretty stylish stuff and we found what we needed there. More importantly though was the prompt welcome and offer for assistance from Stephan. When my wife asked about other sizes (from the dressing room) he was quick to check and offer what they had. In addition to providing extremely good service, Stephan was very cordial and engaging in conversation, all while seamlessly attending to other customer needs as well. My wife and I left with a big smile after a very enjoyable stop in a retail store. Who knew experiences like this could be found in retail!”
“The Discovery Shop is a great place to find bargains on books, DVDs, shoes, purses, games, clothes, sporting goods and household items. This store is organized and everything is easy to find. The prices are reasonable and there is a good selection.”
“The sales person was very helpful and pointed us at the right aisles and also showed us which ones had better promotions running. Have a good selection of workout clothes, Tees, socks and underwear for both men and women. The clearance section has steeper discounts but you might not always find what you want there but the other aisles had some kind of discounts running as well. Giving it five ⭐ just for the customer service that we were provided with. The other person seemed to be very friendly as well and was helping one another customer in the store.”
“I needed a sari for a wedding event and went to Sarang store in Folsom. The store was very clean and well organized with absolutely gorgeous products at very reasonable prices. I needed to get my blouse altered and they had it done in 24hrs at no extra charge! Shikha not only helped me find the appropriate sari but recommended appropriate accessories. I received tons of compliments at the event. Excellent customer service and products. Thank you Shikha you're the best!”
