Viviana, Ashley and Lisa are THE MOST HELPFUL associates! They gave great advice and ideas as well as amazing customer service! I have shopped here twice and everyone is friendly. If they dont have your size they can check other stores and the prices are very reasonable.

I wouldn’t even give a star, but you have to to write anything I came to this store and it’s not even open I wanted to come here on my only day off to look around with my kids and husband and they aren’t even open!! I’m an hour away ans I have a stupid gift card I wish I could just get the money for it cause it’s 10:30 and there suppose to be open at 10 this is the 2nd time this has happened

I usually am a huge fan on this store but i went by today to shop and it's closed? it's only 6:30pm on a tuesday and google/maps says they close at 8pm

Meant to go on the store next to them. I couldn't figure out why two sales associates were chatting away and ignoring me. Without first speaking to me to see if I needed help they saw my bag and said very rudely "is that ours?, did you buy this here?" This is Windsor and not ...(the place next door). Pardon me for making a mistake, but I can now guarantee I will never shop in your shop ever. Smiles and good customer go a long way.

This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in and was not greeted nor did I even see the workers anywhere inside. As I walked around I saw them in the very back corner talking to themselves not even acknowledging the customers in the store. As I continue to shop I found a dress I really liked but unfortunately it was completely covered in stains. When I went up to the two girls to ask if they had any more in the back One of the girls cut me off, said no, rolled her eyes, and hit my shoulder with hers as she walked by. This is completely unacceptable and I will be taking it to corporate until those two girls are fired. I would rather wear dog s*** to a party then to ever buy anything from them again. They honestly don't even deserve one star and I hope the whole store gets shut down.

I would give no stars but that's not an option. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to get harassed come here. Could hear the employees talking bad about me while im trying to shop. Ended up just leaving. Im vaccinated and they harassed me about wearing a mask. They were acting like hitler. Like I should have the choice to wear the mask if im vaccinated right. No wrong they didn't care and it was the absolute worst experience ever! The girl with the terrible eyelashe extentions was extremely rude and the other girl with the shitty highlights was also rude. First fix your hair and your eyelashes and then tell me how to live my life. Thank you:)

Age discrimination! I'm a small woman. I wear a size 0-2 and that shouldn't matter as they carry larger sizes and "work wear" I realize they cater to the "younger" clientele. However, if someone wants to purchase a pair of jeans and inquires about the size conversion, I find it inappropriate for the young girl to to tell me I'm too old to shop in their store!! Not my fault I fill them out better than she will.
