“I have used Sig's Mobile Tire service twice now! Once in November and once today. The first time, I required a completely new tire. Today, I had a flat and Jesus found a nail and patched it up for me.Both times, service was extremely fast and professional. Nothing is worse than being stuck with a flat tire! “If you lift your Sierra or Silverado it’s difficult to find the right offset rim and tire combo to fit just right, mine were a tiny bit too big and they rubbed the wheel well a bit. I wanted the biggest tires possible so I went home to do some trimming and modified the wheel well, they still rubbed. Even tho I drove on the tires I came back the following week and asked if they would exchange them for smaller tires. They exchanged them no problem! Most shops won’t do that after you drive off. Take your truck to Redline Tires ?”

“Incredible team. Very good at what they do. Let me paint a picture. I made an appointment at 5:15pm. My car was finished with new rims and tires mounted balanced in 30 min. From opening the boxes to removing the old rims etc. Incredibly fast, polite and professional. Highly recommend!”
“Wonderful customer service! I was recommended by my property manager to get my tire fixed here as there was a screw in my tire which caused a flat. As soon as I walked in to the front office area, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized and spacious the area was. Josiah was very warm in greeting me and professional in asking what they could help me with. He was really nice and took a look at my tire and told me how it would be an easy fix. I asked how much it would cost and he said there would be no charge. That was so kind and generous! I sat in the waiting area / office area and got me some warm fresh popped popcorn and sat down at the clean tables . It was only 10 min and it was done. Josiah gave me some diagnostics they did and told me that my tire warning light on my dashboard would go away once I started driving it, which it did. I really appreciate Josiah and wonderful customer service and experience. I will definitely come back . Mahalo Josiah and team!”

“This wasn’t my first time visiting this shop but I went in on a Friday afternoon, during a holiday weekend and 30 minutes before their store was closing expecting only need my tires filled with air. They noticed I had a nail in my tire which they offered and were able to repair same day. This shop has amazing customer service and deserves a million thank you’s! This wasn’t my first time visiting and this won’t be my last. Vaughn and his colleagues were all beyond polite and patient. Would recommend coming to this shop for sure.”

“I didn't know that places like this even existed anymore. Made an appointment online to get the tires rotated on my travel trailer and it was an absolutely delightful, quick, and easy experience from beginning to end.
Nothing fancy about rotating tires, but every. last. person. I. Spoke. To. at this store was just about the nicest most helpful person I've ever encounted at a tire store in the last two decades. They told me to back my trailer into one of the bays and when I chuckled that "there's no way that's going to happen without me hitting something!" another employee nearby offered to back my trailer in (and did!). Got the tires rotated in no time flat, took the time to explain to me what they did, how the tires looked, and pointed out that at some point I'd probably want to change the valve stems to metal instead of rubber since I have TPMS stem caps.
No hard push no the upsell, no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, just pleasant, super competent folks all around, and damn if that didn't just make my day.

Due to that, I was not charged for the service. I highly recommend Les Schwab for both their work ethic and service!”

“Everyone I encountered was so friendly and polite. I got a giant screw in my tire from taking my son to the ER where he ended up needing emergency surgery for his appendix. When I left in the early hours of the morning my psi was 8! I filled it up at the only open gas station to get home and later that day when I was leaving to check on my boy it was completely flat! Adding to my already stressful day! Dropped off my tire late in the day to be fixed but didn’t hear back from them so had to swing by to check status but also needed to pick up my son. Richard helped me and I swear I almost cried when he told me it was going to be 30 minutes. Which is great in normal circumstances but in mine, was anything but. I told him my situation and he took care of it himself and had me out of there in less than 15 minutes! I was so shocked and grateful as it allowed me to get to my son. Will recommend them every time! Thanks Les Schwab and thank you Richard at the Roseville location for helping this very stressed mom out.”
